We have been taking our cars here for 5 years now. Most recently we found out that some major repairs were needed on our 4Runner. Lisa kept us informed throughout the process, even checking in to let me know she was going to be out of the office when my car is ready and gave me a specific contact who will be taking over as our service advisor. Fair prices, quality service you can't ask for more.

This is my second car through this toyota and I’ve always deal with Carlos Pina! He’s amazing he recently helped me go through the leasing process of a 2018 Corolla and I absolutely love it! I’m so grateful for all the help he gave me during the process and the calls to check up to make sure I still love it and that it’s doing well! Had to purchase new car after my 11 year Saturn had major issues. Looking forward to my new Corolla. Alex picked the color since it was very close to my other car and the more I look at it the better I like it. His knowledge and time spent with us was very appreciative since I was going to miss my Saturn.

Good customer service and oil change cost only few dollars more but u get free car wash and better customer service than a lot of the places I've been too lately.

I would never ever buy a car from them. When I went to sign the final papers to purchase a new car they changed the price of the car by $2000.00. I had a deal in place and wanted to purchase the car from them and they changed the the price. Ifar as I am concerned they cannot be trusted. It seem to me that it was a bait and switch scam.

Sean and Justin were very knowledgeable and willing to explain the technology and differences between the variety of vehicles and options available. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

The finance department pulls tricks to hide loan fees (specifically, prepayment penalties), they guilt trip you for making the salesperson stay there while you find other loan options, then they magically find paperwork for a loan without fees after you sit in their lounge on your laptop for a while. And no, it was not a "miscommunication".

On the plus side, their oil change seems less expensive than Metro Toyota, though I just do those and filter changes myself. And they have a nice beverage machine while you wait.

My husband and I purchased our first Toyota Highlander from Sunnyside Toyota in 2006. It was my car and I loved it. Ron Sweatland was our salesman. He gave us outstanding service and went beyond to help us out with warranties, service etc. We now have over 186,000 mi on the car. We needed a new vehicle since we were down to one car for the past year. We shopped at the auto show and went to different dealerships. We found our way back to Sunnyside. With the promo on leased vehicles, we found ourselves in a 2018 Toyota Highlander, and I LOVE IT! I can't take the smile off my face with my heated seats, especially this March weather. Ron again was at the top of his game and went the extra mile. Thanks again and we look forward to the next 3 yrs with this great vehicle.

I WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEY GAVE ME DIFFERENT SALES PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH FOR NO REASON WHEN I DEALT WITH ONE AT FIRST I WANTED THIS CAR THEY HAD OVER AND GET A GOOD DEAL ON IT WHEN I WENT THERE HE SAYS HE CANT TO DO IT HE SAYS I TALKED TO A MANAGER ALREADY WHEN HE DIDNT AND TOLD HIM CAN I TALK TO THE MANAGER AND KEPT SAYING I ALREADY TALKED TO A MANAGER AND STUFF AND BUNCH OF EXCUSES THEY JUSY DONT WANT TO HELP ME OUT AND NEGOTIATE WITH THE PRICE AND THEN THE LAST THING THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CAR WAS SOLD AND IT WAS VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTING TO ME I JUST FELT REALLY STRESSED AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE WITH THEM AND NEVER GOING TO THEM AGAIN BEWARE FROM THEM EVERYONE WATCH WHO YOU DEAL WITH OVER THERE THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS AT ALL!

I was in need of another car since I gave my cat to my son to take back to college. I shopped everywhere with a specific car and cost in mind. I was approached by Dave Svoboda when I was on the lot looking at cars. He was very personable and was able to assist me while looking at the cars. Once I made the decision to buy it was an easy process. Even with Dave only being on the job for a short period of time he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am sure he will have continued success.
