I really appreciated the ladies of surge staffings help. They are very pleasant, understanding, and really work hard to get you a position that works for you. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Most of the ladies are bilingual (English and Spanish) which is really amazing.

I've worked for surge staffing for close to 4 years now and they are the best staffing agency in my book. I would refer everyone to them.

I knew about Surge Staffing through a post in LinkedIn by a staffing agent, Kate. She responded quickly, showing me the positions open and the best one recommended for me based on my background. She's also very patient with me and others who were seeking employment through Surge.

The staff at surge staffing is on time and have enough jobs for different things you like. I recommend you to look into surge if you don’t have a job or is looking for immediate help with jobs.

They are reliable, and consistent with helping with job hunting. Great hours suggested and recommended.

Rude! Rude! Rude! Unhelpful. They only help you if they like you. I can’t even believe they are still in business. There were so many people waiting and they didn’t check on us and once I actually sat with someone she told me they didn’t have anything available and to check back. I just want to work I was so disappointed. I’ll never go back to this location and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this location unless you want to waste your time.

The guy that was there couldn't even tell us what we had to do on our Application. Very quiet. So we just walked out.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Awful location. I have been to a couple Surge locations and W Broad St is the worst one. While I was in there Monique, the manager, told her staff not to place a girl as she was walking in the office she said it loud in front of everyone in the office. Monique is dubious she will act like she wants to help you but not actually help you for whatever arbitrary reason she made up in her head. I have never been treated like this anywhere and I am definitely reporting her. The rest of the staff was nice, it is unfortunate their manager is so childish and petty and you can tell she makes them uncomfortable.

This was a terrible experience. They sent us out to the job site a day early for training and were told to come back the next day. Proceeded to go back to surge to make sure everything else was correct and the woman that "helped" us proceeded to act like we had made the mistake until we showed her the work ticket with the wrong day that she had given us. She didn't even acknowledge her error. We go to the job site and work for 2 weeks. We didn't get paid correctly. They lost some paper in payroll that prevented us getting paid on time and I didn't even get paid in full. They said the rest of the money would deposit on Monday. I doubt it does. I'll update with that story. Also asked around to other employees from surge and they all had something to say. One guy didn't get his first paycheck for 4 weeks. Granted that was from another surge location. Seeing a pattern here?

They have zero clue when they need to start people and how pay works. Every question I asked had to be double checked with another employee or management. The only person there that seems like they give a damn is the male and he just helps people with the sign up process. I will never use a staffing agency again. Save yourself the issues and don't go.

Not a good temp service.the west broad office is a joke.they dont answer the phone most of the time, when they do they put you on hold then never come back.this used to be a good office then it went down hill fast.they dont care about there clients.dont waste your time.

I really enjoy working here. The company is amazing and cares about their staff. I have a great team. They also are performance based so it gives everyone the equal chance at promotions

Surge is always there for me, they make me feel like im a art of their team.the new staff and manager are so much better than the last chick there.good looking out

This place is pure trash. Very unprofessional. Husband worked 4 days for a company they sent him to and never got paid, he contacted surge to question why he never got paid they proceeded to tell him that they didnt know how many days or hours he worked that they cant pay him, theyre not the ones who pay their employees that they send to jobs and basically told him in other words oh well cant help you. He had called back to speak with a manager and was basically told no. The manager or supervisor of this location needs to get it together. Messing around with peoples time and money. 0 rating, bad BBB review, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE OR THE PEOPLE RUNNING IT!

This place wants you to work as hard as you can but then when it comes time to pay you have to run all over town to track down your paycheck.im out $30 before i even cash my damn check.sickening.stay far away.

Absolute joke they don't care whether you get paid or not as long as they all get paid on Friday what they need to realize is that without us out working they don't make paychecks but they don't care I hope that 6onyourside returns my call this is happened one too many times not getting paid on Friday and they just disregard you like you're nothing

This is the WORST temp service to ever work for. Seriously If you have other options go to them unless you like working for free and not getting paid. I worked for them for a month. Got my background and drug test took out THREE times! Don't take a pay card them.they do not put you're information on it to activate it and get paid. The people are so rude and walk around and talk to other people all day.don't work for them period.

Sooo, I have been damn near begging for my pay for the weeks beginning October 14th & 21st. I was told the check would be cut this past Friday.it wasn't. I was told it would be done yesterday (November 5th). It wasn't. Now today im told payroll hasn't gotten around to it yet. I wasn't fired, and was always totally professiona. When the assigmenf ended they were not even cordial enough to offer something else, hell they didn't even open the memo. Was able to get a new job from another agency the next day and pay comes Friday (Nov 9). Bet the new employer pays before my old one. Too bad I've lost so much due to the financial hardship they created for me. I loved Iforce but it seems Surge took over and now this.what a transition!

I wish zero stars was an option. Was about to get hired on by the company and Jessica an onsite ifore rep inside the big lots on Phillipi and broad DNR'd me for personal reasons without the consent of Big Lots. When I tried to make a complaint, I was told the only way to file a complaint was to sign a confidentiality agreement signing away my rights to discuss it with anyone but ifore. The second job they sent me to after that was 4 hours travel time on the bus. Was never so happy as to take a job with a $4 an hour pay cut just to not work for them anymore! My abuse to anyone is to go anywhere but here to find a job!
