22Came in looking for a job and wasn’t even acknowledge after waiting for 30 minutes! I seen multiple people getting taking care of who came in after me. When I spoke up for waiting so long. Jessica stated “I don’t know what the fuse is about but we are short staff”. I was so upset! I still kept my cool just for her to tell me I was terminated permanently from Surge. This experience was horrible and I do not recommend anyone hear!
I’ve been here twice to bring ny friends Keisha Houston and Octavia Clark to apply for jobs and because of the friendly and down to earth receptionist I will come here to apply for my second job. I told a receptionist named Courtney that I plan on working a second job for Sept/Dec peak season and she asked me questions about the type of positions I’m looking for to give me an idea of what I would need and the process of applying. Both of my friends also have good things to say so far about their experience at the company.
