One star for the innocent cashier who had to take my call after eating take out from this place. She politely and apologetically informed us the owner "doesn't take phone calls". Used to be the best in Lakewood but now couldn't hold up to mall Chinese food. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but not accepting feedback after charging $40 for total garbage isn't even good service. Never again.
