Taco Bell, Middleburg Heights OH

What you expect from a taco bell.food is good tasting. This one excels in service. Line was wrapped around the building. At least 12 cars in front of me and I still made it through the drive through in less than 14 minutes. That's a little over a minute a car. Wow what? That is super fast.

Just left there. The Man was super rude and disrespectful. Lied about the Slushy machine being down but was giving out slushies still and the machine was fine. Asked for sauce and he squeezed them to where the sauce is all over the inside of the bag after deep breathing. Drinks are completely watered down and on top of that the lid wasn't put on all the way so mango tea is all over me now along with sauce. Zero out of zero stars if I could. 37 weeks pregnant and just wanted food but will not be returning.

Food was alright. The cashier was very nice but the service could have been better. I had to take my food back for a remake

Honestly, I don't think we've ever had a poor experience here. The orders are always correct. The staff is super friendly every time. This is probably one of the best locations around.

I was at the one in middleburg heights only because it's the closest one yo my home. Anyway I ordered to steal bowls and didn't need to order extra of any toppings because they looked pretty good already. My husband fell in love with it before he even tried it, and then as he was eating, I didn't hear a peep out of him the whole time he had his face buried in the bowl. Success!

Once a week, I'm in the Cleveland area for band practice, and I've chosen THIS Taco Bell location to stop and eat before driving home, about 45 miles. I only use their drive thru, then park to eat. Their food is always hot and fresh, and their window workers are fast and friendly. It's a very well-run restaurant!

Updated 12/20 - Things have gotten better at this location. However, don't get the chalupas.they are stale EVERY time.
Have been here many times. Not bad although is seems the late shift just doesn't care. Ask for mild they give you hot sauce, have had pop that had no syrup. Worse, hours are supposed to be open till 6am, looks like they just close when they want.waste of my time driving here just to find they decided to close.all lights off outside including menu and drive thru lights. Its 1: 00am

Every time I go to this location something is wrong. I only ever go to this location after long doubles and long shifts since it’s the closest to me and usually is open still when I’m off, and literally every single time I go something is wrong. Whether it’s them not giving me half of my order, completely giving me a wrong order all together, giving me meat in my vegetarian meals after ringing me out for these vegetarian items, or everything being completely cold by the time I get home when I live two minutes away. I’d suggest just going to the Taco Bell in brook park where they actually right their wrongs.

I was pleasantly surprised with this location.at midnight on Friday no less, while quite busy. Food was fresh and accurate and looked like the menu photos while actually feeding two hungry people for $17. My last several experiences at other locations were regrettable at best. But this restaurant was right on. Fast and as good as Taco Bell was long ago. Thumbs up to Taco Bell Middleburg!

Tried a few things from here. Double Gordita I added steak came out pretty good. Nacho fries are good too. Too bad they're gone still next season. Drive thru times are pretty quick.

No one would come to register for at least 5 minutes. Plenty of employees looking at you though.

Service was decent and fast. Workers were polite. Issues arose with the Baja blast mix needing to be replaced as my Baja blast tasted strained. As well as crunchy and dry lettuce was used and I did not even finish my last taco because of this.

This taco bell is either great or lacking. Ive been there a few times and thr servicd was great but the last time wasnt so good. First of all, I'll admit that it was quite busy and there didn't seem to be too many members of staff there. But our order was missing food and some of the food was not what we ordered but smaller versions of it.

Food is pretty good but the wait is terribly long. I waited for 15 mins to get some simple soft tacos.the cheese isn’t even melted

I literally just ordered from this location and the food was absolutely cold and horrible and you couldn’t order soft tacos because they did not have any sad ass location. Harvard Rd is the best Taco Bell to me my opinion

This was the cleanest Taco Bell I've ever been in. The Cashier spoke as soon as I walked in, she smiled, very welcoming. And when I gave her the School tickets for my Sons, she rang it right up, with no attitude, no rude comments, just a delight. The store on W. 150th needs to take lessons and management on down need to be re-trained by this store.

Food is ok if that's what u hv a taste for. I ordered 3 different things, but felt I wasted my money cause it wasn't enough. Planning to walk next door for a burger.

Cashier seemed a little distracted. Also, when I asked for 2 cups of ice he gave me two cups with very little ice and no lids.

Food was disgusting, the beans and meat were ice cold in our burritos, my Nacho fries were so cold the felt froze in the middle. Tried calling and phone went straight to a fax. Tried the following day, same thing.
