Taco Bell reviews
26We ordered food fairly late, around 130 am the young gentleman who took our order through the drive through was a complete and utter ass; he was rude and the way he spoke was absolutely disrespectful. Second issue.was our food. We order THREE items.two of them being a taco and then one bag of chips with cheese. There was maybe less then 15 chips in total (that’s truly being generous) and the tacos were cold and soggy. I attempted to call and speak with a manager after dealing with them but the line was a busy tone. I get that these late night workers deal with a great deal of cap at night esp.being Near a college, but not everyone they get throught their drive through is drunk idiot and for them to treat us with so much disrespect
Customer service is excellent. Free breakfast, gym and swimming pool are some of the amenities. The rooms are amazing with mountain views. Nice restaurants around. Highly recommended.
They locked the doors an hour early so it was drive thru only. Rude kids working there always mess up orders unsanitary restaurant. Go to the Southland taco Bell or strongesville those are both 5 star.
Apparently no one knows how to do their job here, been one car back from the speaker where all I have heard the person inside say is hold on, Ok, hole on, silence.duhhhh for the last 15 minutes.
Pulled into the parking lot at 7: 55PM
Teenagers we're eating in the dining room but all the doors were locked. I waited in line until 8: 25PM for the girl at the window to tell me that the manager walked out and her General Manager told her to close the dining area. On top of that, they didn't have any gorditas or chalupas. After further talks, I find out that there is one person that's been there for a decent amount of time and two brand new employees that we're still in training. When asking why the General Manager didn't come in and what his name was to file a complaint.the response I got was "He lives an hour away and that is actually confidential. " Meanwhile I get home with my families food, and there is literally NOTHING in the tacos. This is ridiculous and outright wrong to have to wait 25-35 mins for FAST FOOD and then for it to be so terrible and wrong. Won't be returning to this location ever again.
