Our Salesperson, Warren, worked his tail off to answer ALL our questions and went over all operations when we came to pick up our new 2021 Toyota RAV4 XLE Hybrid. We are so pleased with our new car AND its many safety features. We're still learning, learning, learning.

Tansky Toyota has a calm non evasive atmosphere. I appreciate the relaxed sales approach. All the staff was friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend them, and will absolutely be a return customer. Thank you

If I could give a negative rating I would. My brand new CHR has a defective windshield. It literally broke in my driveway. Had a windshield professional look at it thru my insurance. They refused to fix it, as its defective, so insurance wont cover it as it's a manufacturer defect. Took it to Tansky, the service guy looked at it for 5 seconds, told me there's zero chance they'll ever pay for it. So basically I paid 24,000 for a new car in which I will drive for the next 4 years with a defective broken windshield. They'll treat you like a king, once you sign on the line, you're a pheasant and they couldnt care about you or your vehicle. Don't be tricked by their advertising. They cant be trusted at all. Horrible experience, will never return and taking this issue to Corporate.

I arrived on 1/9/2019 here to look at a vehicle that was posted online. At first the sales rep was very nice and pushed the fact that he wouldn't pressure me (to be fair he really didn't.) I asked to see the vehicle, and after checking for the keys he informed me that the car was at the detailing center up the road. I agreed to wait for him to retrieve the vehicle. I waited for approximately 15 minutes, when he returned and told me it was out on loan. He explained that they gave it to some one to drive while their vehicle was being repaired (or something like that from my understanding.) I was a bit annoyed from having waited for nothing, but I told him I was still interested in the vehicle. It was at that time that I also informed him that if I liked the vehicle I would pay in cash if it passed a test from a private mechanic. I am student who has to drive all over the state to different hospitals each month for my education. I cannot afford to buy a lemon. He told me Tansky does not allow private mechanics to inspect vehicles because they are worried people will take their vehicles and return them with missing parts etc. (couldn't the people you just loaned the car to have the ability to take parts as well? And don't they copy and file a potential customer's divers license before a test drive to give some liability?) Anyway, he told me this narrative about how Tansky has a different approach than any other used car lot, and how they inspect every vehicle personally. I told him without an inspection I would not purchase any vehicle 100% no negotiations. He then told me he would ask his sales manager, about it. I then told him that I was sure his dealership was reputable, but I had a friend at a "nice family owned" dealership in my home town check out a car that had been "personally inspected. " That car had had severe under body rust, and the original engine was not in the car. He again insisted Tansky was different. I replied, "sorry I'm a cynic, but so says every used car sales man. " He then got very unpleasant, in so many words he told me that he didn't have to sell me the car if I was going to be like that. He told me that he didn't need me and that the car would sell in days anyway; that I could just leave. So I did. I'm sure he will sell the car, but he will never sell to me or my family/friends if I can help it; a potential customer should never be treated like that. It's not my fault that used car dealerships don't have the same reputation as nunneries.

I got few emails from Bob. He provided me two different quotes for same vehicle, and he did not answer my questions and no follow up. So I give up with this dealership and go somewhere else. I won't consider this dealership again.

Terrible. Such a poor experience I traded my Toyota in for a Nissan and will never have another Toyota not because of the brand but because of the BS runaround I got from this exact place.
Bottom line: refused to cover a warranty repair despite the fact that I purchased the FACTORY extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle and the issue was for sure a warranty situation.

Brought my Rav 4 to them to have the 15k miles Toyota care and I told them I noticed a problem with my paint. They looked at it and said that I sprayed something on it (I didn't) and said they would not cover it. They did tell me I could get an estimate for repair though. I asked for the manager to call me later because I didn't want to talk to him while I was upset. Two days later and I am still waiting on a call.

Terrible service. Had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time just to check in.it took them 3 hours to do a multi point inspection and reset my service required sign. Next service by sticker had wrong mileage and dates. I had the same service done there that took 45 minutes before. The customer service rep told me I should not have come in busy times and they had to do oil change and bunch of other things. The receipt said otherwise.

Service was good. I was in for a recall so I didn't have to pay anything. I understand the importance of reviews but they were pretty pushie about it. I was told giving them a 9 star ratings on thier survey was the same as a 0. I don't understand that? My recall was on a Tacoma and they did install all new rear leaf springs for 0 $. They did recommend new front brakes for like a million dollars ($1400.00). I'm a mechanic though and did all new front brakes myself for $200.

Decided not to switch up my car, as there weren't any options with a manual transmission in their inventory, but Lauren was FANTASTIC.
She took the time to show me any and all options I was interested in.

If you are expecting professionalism and quality work, please look elsewhere. I bought my car - that part went fine- except I never got my title. (still don't have my title). I noticed some small things that were weird, so I made an appointment to get it serviced (under their warranty.) They had 2 weeks to fix and give me updates. I received NOTHING. No point of contact, no email, no paperwork, no phone calls, nothing. I took the car home (out of state) and had a professional take a look at it. I asked Tansky to pay for the mileage (they didn't) and asked to have them take care of the 300$ bill- they ignored me. I would never shop here if my life depended on it.

I had my car serviced in Tansky Toyota recently. I booked my appointment via call and was asked to visit at specific date & time but when I reached there I was informed that system is not showing my appointment. Luckily I talked to Susan, she was great and helped in setting up one on the spot and got my car serviced in fair time. Explanation of service could have been in more detail. Car wash was not good as I could see dust and mud on my car after I took it out from Service centre.

We had a wonderful experience at Tansky! Ricardo Vazquez was VERY patient with us while we went back and forth between different vehicles and couldn't make up our mind. We drove to Columbus from Cleveland to purchase from them because out of all the dealerships we contacted, they were by far the best. Thanks Ricardo!:)

I was shopping for a car after an accident and was definitely not looking forward to it. However the people at Tansky were super friendly and took care of me immediately upon walking in the door. Although I already knew what kind of car I was looking for, I managed to purchase a car within 30 minutes after the test drive. Amel was wonderful at her job and already knew her best offer she could give me for the car and didn't haggle or waste my time during the debate for prices. All in all it was a pretty great experience and I'm loving my new to me car. Can never go wrong with a Toyota.

Everyone should do business here. I have had the best service at this Toyota location. Also, I want to mention that the service rep, Charlie was amazing! Charlie made me feel so welcome and he was so kind. Charlie offered to set up my next appointment; however, I couldn’t at the time do to crazy scheduling. I will be back to do business again. Great job Charlie and thank you for sharing your hospitality.
