I've been a customer there for a long time. But, I don't know that I will continue to go there. The service department is poorly run. I've scheduled service appointments and shown up only to find they don't have me scheduled. For a while the service department would just do basic service, but not recommend other preventative services. That only leads to really high service bills at some point. The service department is very frustrating to me. I've been under impressed for a long time.

Poor communication. Issue with agreeing to insurance company and received zero communication. Found out my car was just sitting there for two weeks by my insurance company telling me it wasn’t agreed too. Had to come out of pocket past deductible.
I recently lost the key to my Toyota this was not my first choice it was the best choice. I was told that it's family owned all I Know is you won't go wrong coming here. Whether it's for a new car or your service needs. Steer clear of West Broad, that's all I'm saying.

He was very helpful, and stayed in my price range when searching for cars to take a look at. He didn't try to pressure sell me into anything just to get a sale, and answered all my questions. Been with Tansky many years and service service is usually pretty good. People are polite and helpful. Quality is good. Prices. Well it's Toyota. So not the cheapest one. Cannot tell about sales.

Cost for a 30,000 mile check up was way too high for what was done. An oil change, tire rotation and filter change with a battery inspection should not cost over $200.
Poor customer service at the check in desk. No greeting, no smiling, poker face, treating customers like we are invisible. Especially Amanda and Susan were the worst.
Amazing! I went in expecting a horrible experience, but after meeting Matt, Greg and Bob I really felt relaxed and comfortable. Greg was so genuine and helpful. He was incredibly patient with all my crazy questions. He thoroughly explained my options and made my choices clear. I can not thank the Tansky team enough. I bought my 2017 Toyota corolla last year everything was going so smooth but when I have reached 25000 miles after that they for got to do tiyer rotations multiple times and they charged me for that they didn't do the job i still have got charged and third time I marked my tyiers and I caught them and their manager offered me a free oil exchange and I'm still mad
I got 4 new tires from them a couple of months ago, i usually never drive the highway but today when i did drove at the highway steering wheel was vibrating at 65-70 mph, i did some research and most likely an imbalance wheel so thanks toyota. I will go to harbor freight buy one of those wheel balancer and do it myself.
