Texas Roadhouse, Columbus OH

Franchise owner very nonchalant about separating our small 10 person celebration purposefully onto two opposite sides of restaurant even though we made a table reservation. Aericka our server is the reason for them getting up to 2 stars otherwise 0. Appetizer sharing plates brought to table by another employee dirty. Food was cold and took 1-1/2 hours to come to the table.

Poor service waitress had too many tables got stuff wrong I had to ask for a spoon it was horrible service they want to rush in and out to get a tip that's all.

Used the online ordering app. Placed the order at 4: 45 and Set for pickup at 6: 30pm. The kitchen tag shows the order was entered into the que at 6: 00. I arrived at 6: 22 and followed the prompts as I had received. Sent the first text when I arrived, only response was automated. No one followed up. Sent another text at 6: 42 after trying to get someone to help me. Still said my order wasn’t ready. Finally got the person, he said the kitchen was running behind. I finally received my order at 6: 57. When I got it home food was was cold like it had been sitting for 15-20 minutes.

Good quality food, vegetables could be more fresh. Not always accurate with the order and sometimes take a little longer, but still very good, even for the pricing.

I will never go back my experience was horrible. They were not attentive to our needs so you get a bad review

The server mixed up our orders a few times, so I'm knocking a couple stars for this location. But overall, Texas Roadhouse slaps. Good dining for meat and potatoes of various types. Margs are pretty good too - though they're light on the tequila. The rolls are to die for.

Usually the food is great, but this time both steak dinners was burned. They didn't provide everything for the the loaded mashpotatos or the loaded baked potato. I was very unsatisfied.

The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is because we were charged for a second appetizer that was mistakenly brought to our table even though we didn't take it. Otherwise, the food was excellent and the service

Wait was a little long to get seated, but with the service and food, definitely worth the wait.

Food was great! Waitress kept forgetting my wife food and drinks! People that works in restaurants should understand, keep your negative energy at home when you are dealing with the public!

Alright except they said wait was 20 to 30 min and it turned out to be an hour. Good waiter and solid food.

Food DELICIOUS. Service at the table was good. HOWEVER, the "call ahead" service is sorely misleading!

Had a great waitress shantel, she was great, ribs were on the cold side but shantal just made everything great.great service ribs not so blame that on the cook.

If you want prime rib dont go here during the week because they dont serve it. Prime rib is only a weekend thing here.

My "medium" steak looked like it had barely been cooked at all. The floors were filthy. You stick to them when you walk The men's restroom was filthy as well.

Excellent service and good food. Our server was courteous, funny and prompt. Checked up on us immediately within the 1st two bites of our food. Made sure our drinks where never low and never had to ask for a refill. Our food came out looking like a show room plate. Always very pleased when I go there for the food and most importantly the service. Service to me is almost just as important as the food. Good food, good service and reasonable prices.

Surprised to be one of several that had dinner at the bar. Was able to enjoy it with others whose primary mission was to have dinner.

The food isn't too bad but the place is a pig sty. Watched a buss boy go to clean a booth and just push food scraps on the floor. Makes a couple of squirts with his cleaner and half assed wiped the table. Never touched the seats as ours had pop spilled on them and the table was sticky. The bathroom was filthy and smelled like a stock yard. I would not recommend this one.
