The food here is amazing. We had an awesome waiter who made sure we had everything we need. He even made a few good recommendations.

Our waitress was nice, but the food was unsatisfactory. The ribs were overcooked and not their usual tender. The catfish was mostly cornmeal crust and very little fish.

Wonderful veterans day meal, manager, took time out to shake hands. Great customer service from staff

Just got home from dinner tonite 12/31/18. Food was great my steak was cooked to perfection. My wifes steak tips were wonderful. Our server Ty was on the ball even though it was very busy.

Dont order loaded fries bacon and cheese is not what I call loaded.and they let it sit under the heat lamp by the time it hits your table the cheese is hard and fries are warm.

Located right off the 270 exit very accessable and plenty of parking. Food was great, salads and steaks are very fresh and made with fresh ingredients. Our server Taylor was very friendly and attentive. I would recommend to friends and family.

Our group had a great food and very decent service for size of 8 people. I will definitely come back to the place next time I am in Columbus.

I've been here a few times and it was a good experience every time. The food was yummy and hot. The gumbo margarita I had was great and had a extra shot in it for only $2 more.

Service was excellent. I had the steak tips which were cooked perfectly. Did not like that this place does not accommodate for parties of six or more to sit together at one table. The tables are bolted to the floor, made me think I was at McDonald's

Great food, friendly staff, for a Saturday night wait was only 10 minutes or so. We had 6 oz.sirloin steak & the pork chops dinners. Both meals were fantastic, meat was cooked correctly, very melt in your mouth soft & spices gave the best flavor. We love the green beans they are the best side dish around!

Texas Roadhouse is always busy. They are a great business that supports the community and loves military members and first responders. The food is good and even as busy as it is the service is still good. There is probably a reason it's always busy. If you don't want to wait in the lobby, check in online using their app. It checks you in and tells you how long it will be before your stated. You can also use it to pay your bill; genius!

Waited 45 minutes to be seated. 20 minutes to order. Salad made to the table about 45 minutes after ordered. Ordered 10 oz ribeye. Took 30-45 min to make to the table. Received dry piece of roast beef. We were in the restaurant for at least 3 hours. Roast beef more expensive than ribeye.

I had the medallion filets which were perfect. My son had a bacon cheeseburger which was way over done. My husband had the ribs which were very tough and dry
