Firstly, this establishment needs to find workers whom are competent and have some manners. Called to make an appointment to have my cat fixed 2 weeks ago, thoroughly explained that I had a voucher from their partnership with cat welfare, Alex was very rude about this and more complicated than it needed to be. Never got the call that I was promised, and was thinking all day that my cat was dead.
