The Basement Doctor, Reynoldsburg OH

We recently had our basement undergo a procedure by the Basement Doctor. The men assigned to our project were courteous, prompt, provided materials to contain dust/dirt, and did a great clean-up. I would most certainly recommend Basement Doctor to a friend or have them do another job at my house. Give them a call!

Basement Doctor has been to our home on numerous occasions and has always done a very professional job. If you have any basement or foundation issues they are the folks to call. Thanks for always taking great care of us and for always being very professional and pleasant to work with.

They were very quick and thorough. We’re patient and went over the job in detail beforehand. They sealed cracks and installed supports for a wall, so it was pretty substantial. They did a great job.

Updating to include information following the completion of the job. Got I-beams installed along a bowing basement wall. Mason and his crew were extremely professional. He kept me updated throughout the process and the end result was superb. He provided clear instructions on what to expect the day of and educated me on the process. Everyone showed up on time and they were in and out in a few hours. Couldn't have been more pleased with working with a professional group of people.

Initially spoke with Tracy who responded quickly and was very nice. Then met with Jesse who was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He sent a confirmation text ahead of his arrival, was on time, was honest, and gave me a thorough explanation of the work. The price for the work (I-beam install) was in line/a smidge better with other quotes I’ve received, but with the longer, transferable warranty and the product being superior, The Basement Doctor was a better option. With each step being met with such a great team, I appreciate giving my business to this company.

The Basement Doctor did an awesome job of waterproofing the basement in our home built in the 1920s. They visited in-person, made recommendations, and us walked through each step of process. Then, they visited a week prior to the work to ensure everything was ready to go. The team arrived promptly on Monday and finished the job by Thursday end of day.

We can’t say enough great things about the communication, professional service, and attention to detail shown by the entire team.

The basement doctor’s crew did a wonderful job resealing our basement walls. They were prompt, polite and cleaned up afterwards. The musty smell is gone and we are delighted with their work. Would highly recommend them to anybody.

I had a new drain pipe installed from my home gutters to the street. Santos from the Basement Doctor did a fantastic job. He hand dug the drain line to make less mess than using a trencher. He laid down plastic along the trench to put the dirt and sod on, placed the dirt and sod back in place and cleaned up everything when he was finished. After he left you could hardly tell he had been there. You could tell he loved his job and wanted to please the customer. I'm very please with Santos!

I have a crack in my basement wall, basement Doctor rep who was respectful and nice came out and was totally honest and recommend for me to seal it myself with a $20 epoxy instead of a $1800 repair. I trust the basement Doctor and totally recommend them to anyone with basement issues. Thanks guys.

We scheduled a estimate to get our basement looked at. The guy was hours late. He then told us he would email us our estimate and never did. We contacted them via email twice one time responding they would get it to us then never did. So I contacted the company again spoke to a manager and he said he would get in contact with the us about it and have it emailed. Still we have yet to receive a email.

Our basement waterproofing and window replacement experience was outstanding from the initial meeting with Wes to the actual completion of the project by Jesse, Nick and Terry. Every individual that we spoke with at Basement Doctor was professional and efficient. Our crew was especially conscientious about treating us and our home with respect. A top-notch operation!

I would definitely rate our experience with the Basement Doctor a 5! The foreman, Rob Forrest and his crew did an excellent job. The job was completed in 2 days (crawl space encapsulation). They were very professional and informed us of the steps along the way! Our crawl space looks awesome:)

We first use the basement doctor in 1992 for our first house and was very happy with the results. We recently purchased a house with a crawl space that needed some moisture control and they did a great job timely effective and efficient. I am very confident in their abilities to suggest the best result for your situation not just the most expensive option.
