Someone came for an estimate on March 7,2018- he was very nice & took a look at our leaking basement (every time it rains). Said we’d get a quote soon. Never got a quote. Got called again to schedule our free estimate- that we already had and never got a quote on. On April 17, they told me that our inspector wasn’t with the company anymore and give them 24hrs to get the quote to us. Now it’s May 26 and I still never got a quote and still have a leaking basement.

Absolutely everything was wonderful. From Wes to Scott and his crew. Could not be happier. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The representative was very professional & knowledgable. He promptly returned my calls and answered many questions. Basement Doctor provides a better warranty than the competition. They are very customer satisfaction oriented. I highly recommend the Basement Doctor!

Was referred to the basement doctor by a friend and was disappointed. We called and set up an appointment which was over a week out and they still didn’t show up. They confirmed via phone call and text. The gentleman called me the day before letting me know that corpate has him spread thin that day and might not make it, but if he was going to make it, he would be late. He wanted to reschedule for that Thursday when he would be closer to my house. I explained that wouldn’t work and He said he would call again the day of the appointment to touch base on how his day was going. The day of the appointment he called three times and still never showed up. He asked for me to send him photos of the basement which I did and he said he would stop out Thursday to look at the exterior and give me a call. He also said they were almost 6 weeks out on any repairs anyways so he wouldn’t be able to get a resolution if we had a problem. Thursday came and went and I never heard from him if he stopped out to look at our foundation. It is very disappointing to not hear anything from them.
