The Cheesecake Factory, Columbus OH

Had a taste for the best cheesecake in town, so I paid the Easton Cheesecake Factory a visit to please my sweet tooth craving, Oh My My My So Good.

Enjoyed a very nice meal on the patio. The waiter even offered to move the umbrella to keep us in the shade. The food was excellent.

Always love my vanilla bean cheesecake and the steak was very good. Had a passion fruit mojito this is a must try

We had the worst experience at your restaurant. It took us over 2 hours to receive our meals. We had a 7 month old with us to make it even worse. Everyone around us was in and out. It will be a long time, if ever that we will be back.

Definitely not like it used to be! They gave us our order with a side missing and some ingredients missing out of the other side smh

We were at this location tonight. We sat at a booth for 40 minutes and not one person waited on us. We asked three different severs and were still ignored! Unacceptable.

My meatloaf was burned the first time. I sent it back. The 2nd time it was not cook thoroughly. I sent it back again The 3rd time it was good. I had issues the last few times with the food not being prepared. Will go to the Polaris location in the future. This location has declined.

The food did not disappoint, however, the wait time was ridiculous! Not to get our table, but for the server to come and take our order and then for the food to finally come out. Way too long!

Do not order from DoorDash. Waited 1hour for a slice of cheesecake. They treat you like second class citizens.

I absolutely love the Cheesecake Factory. My only complaint is the menu, it's huge! They have so many things to choose from, almost too much! I was so overwhelmed with the menu and took forever to pick out my dinner because I had 26 pages of items to look at.

It was the best dinner I have had in a long time. Very big portions. I ate some and brought a lot home. We had it the next day for lunch and there was still enough for two people.

The food was fair, but nothing great. However, the service was outstanding! And the fried macaroni and cheese bites we're good too! My first time there was okay but wouldn't feel any rush to go back.

Dropped the stars by one due to the response from the restaurant.obviously they didn't read what I wrote. Such a shame. No response was necessary.

This is a nice location, and the food is great like all the locations. Worth a trip for some food or dessert.

I just love it here. You always get great service, wonderful food and you never leave with an empty stomach

Never a disappointment. The food is always super unhealthy and taste awesome, lol. I have not yet found a menu item I did not like, and do not forget their namesake for desserts. It is pricey but for a treat or special ocassion it is worth it. It is a little dimmly light inside for me and always crowded. So expect a little wait time.

It took a full 60 minutes to recieve our food. Our waiter never checked back on us for refills and it was not even busy. It was my first and last time to visit here. But side note: My food was good! The bread was great. Although I didn't even have time for cheesecake after spending 1.5 hrs here.

Great food and atmosphere! Pasta sauce was a little runny and could have been reduced a bit more but other than that great!

Always love getting cheesecake here! The food for me is okay. A little pricy and such big portions with some meals being great and others being not so great. Overall, no one makes a cheesecake like their namesake.

This place was super clean. The food was absolutely amazing. And the waitress named Jordan was a delight.

My most favorite American restaurant has a menu that comes in the form of a book. From chicken samosas to steaks, I can guarantee that each individual item is lip smacking. And I don't even want to start about the cheesecakes. They are heavenly and is a must after any meal.
