The Cheesecake Factory, Columbus OH

It was pretty good went for lunch wasn't very many people in there at that time so service was very quick as I would recommend doing lunch as this place becomes very packed at dinner time and make sure you get a piece of cheesecake my favorite is the vanilla bean with fresh strawberries

Food was okay. Our waitress was horrible! Everyone around us that was seated after us, received their food before us. We were there an hour after they opened and she smelled dirty and soured. My wife's hamburger was really dry, after she asked for it medium. We were going to take half home to our dog (she didn't know this) when we asked for a box to take it with us, she stacked my empty plate on top of the burger! Not happy with this place!

Friendly staff and excellent cheesecake. The waiter checked on us often and we didnt wait very long for our food even though the place was fairly packed.

Ordered the Four Cheese pasta got something Different with marinara sauce said this was not what I ordered and was told "oh sorry we are out of that" then why wasn't I given the opportunity to pick something different for myself the marinara sauce tasted like it had a cup of salt in it! Asked for a manager and a manager never came. It gets better got home called and said I wanted to place an order but wanted to know if they were out of the Four Cheese pasta they said they were not out of it! Not a good visit for an upscale overpriced restaurant.

It’s always a long wait to get seated to a table. But it’s always like that no matter which location you go to eat at the Cheesecake Factory. So basically you have to wait for a really long time to basically read there 20 page long menu (I’m not even joking about how long there menu is) & trust me everyone who ask about how long the Cheesecake Factory really is? They are going to just tell you the exact same thing that I said.

Dinner portion of Fish & Chips for $18 was not worth it. The kids chicken fingers for $7 had more food.

Cheesecakes are so yummy. What else is there to say. Haven't tried any I haven't liked so far from there

Waitress wasn’t the most friendly and seemed annoyed every time she came to the table. The food is always spot on when I stop in.

Swift service, but we were there on a Tuesday evening just after a thunderstorm, so that could be a contributing factor.it's the Cheesecake Factory. The food is usually awesome, huge portions and the desserts are what you go for anyway.

So my boyfriend and I went here on national cheesecake day for our 1 year anniversary. We expected the wait time to be long so we didnt mind having to wait. I have to say. I got the best service I had ever had at. If you ever get the chance to have a lovely girl named Mei as your server, take it. Never once did our glasses get half empty and she also made sure we had bread. She was very delightful and fun to talk to. Whatever it is she's being paid, it's not enough!

We only ordered cheesecake, which is my 2nd favorite dessert, and it was pretty good. Best thing is the huge cheesecake selection

Expensive, but still worth it IMO. Great service. Be nice to the staff and they go out of their way to accommodate you, and I don't mean tips.
