Blue cheese stuffed olives in my martini! Yum. If you love lots of variety and delicious cheesecake, it's a no brainer! Sip your martini and take your time pouring over their extensive menu! Definitely a place to relax, take your time and savor the moment.

Service was nice overall the food quality was good. The shrimp plater good but a little bit heavy. I recommend coming here for a date or an anniversary.

Waitress just walked past coughing, 20 minutes since I was served my salad still waiting for my ranch dressing. Grou pl of five 3 menus guess we can share

The food was delicious and hot and the service was prompt even considering the late lunch crowd they had. I shall certainly return here for a delightful meal in the future.

Forgot my cheesecake to go. Then when i ordered it at the counter was still handed me the wrong cheesecake.

Their portions are huge but the service is slow.we were on a time crunch and truly wish they could of sped up the process a bit.

Food is great. Although waitress ignore me&that's why she didn't get good tip. Tips are earned not given out. Chef did excellent job on cooking the food. Waitresses need to stop ignoring paying customers! Yes sometimes we don't look OUR best&had hard day&Just want a cocktail.
Doesn't mean you ignore the customers all BEC we don't look all fancy up! Usually give phat as tip. Not today. Tip is $0.00

Always delicious meals here. I love this location, because it still has times that you can show up and be seated almost right away. Granted, that's the off-prime hours, but some locations always are on some wait (e.g. Charlotte).

Having food brought to your table cold not even warm for what you spend here not acceptable.and it was so hot in there it didnt feel like the air conditioning worked
The cheesecake we have gotten since eating at one for many years gone, not a enjoyable dinner date, I'll pass on the cheese cake factory from now on.

Shaniqua was incredible and served my son and my little brother accidentally she was on point and had us covered all the way even at the busiest time at the restaurant it felt like we were the only people there with the attention she gave thank you so much

My wife and I have alawys had a great experience here we try to order a different dish every time we go and none of them have been disappointing. The wait to get a table is sometimes long but that's because there is no reservations but we alawys get seated before the estimated seat time. You get your food in a timely manner as well

Good food and amazing cheesecakes. If you go during lunch you get good position sizes at a lunch price. As for the cheesecakes, I have yet to get a bad one.

What an great place. The food was amazing. I could not ask for a better experience for our group. The place was really packed but we were able to get our seats with no problem. Service was amazing, our server did amazing job. I definitely recommend Renée's Special for lunch to save room for dessert. The Caramel Pecan Turtle Cheesecake is a favorite!

I've been to this restaurant a few time over the years this location and one in Columbus. Last time was at the Greene and I had the Ribeye with baked potato. The Ribeye was was tough and chewy the potato was very salty not good at all. Not a huge fan of this place but our server was great and very friendly. We did have the cheese cake and that was delish. I recommend coming here for desert only and maybe drinks.

I got fettuccini with chicken and it lasted me a dinner and 2 lunches portion size does NOT matter at this place so come hungry or take a doggy bag home.

Food was good. Some severely over priced. A small bowl of romaine lettuce and a few carrots was 7.50, essentially same thing you can get at wendys for one dollar. Staff was friendly but slow on service. Several of the waiters spent all thier time complaining about bad tips instead of helping current patrons.

Consistency good good and service. I am not a huge fan of chain restaurants, but have to admit that Cheesecake is one of the few exceptions. I have tried a number of entrees and am rarely disappointed. My only complaint is the seating process seems a bit laborious for such a simple process of seating people. Photo is of a perfectly grilled medium rare hamburger my wife ordered.

My family and I enjoy having meals here. They often remember us and the staff is always friendly. There are a variety of meal choices and the portions sizes are abundant- always leftovers the next day!
I recommend this place for your family- it does take a while to get meals but well worth the wait!

The staff is very prompt and sociable. The restaurant is always very clean. No matter what dish I get, it is always delicious. I've been to a few other locations, this one is definitely my favorite.

The reason it's getting three stars is not because of the food but because of the service. I know this may sound little or Petty but out of all my visits to the cheesecake factory I have never had to bag my own meal.
