The Cheesecake Factory, Beavercreek OH

They have written chicken in ingredient but they separately add 6 $over the price you see in menu so at the end you pay more than 20 $ for simple pasta.some of the waitresses have really racist looks on you.and if they bring 1 hr later the food.they just say sorry!

Always a fabulous place to visit. They have a huge menu with an amazing selection. Their staff is without peer. And the setting is just as amazing as the menu and staff. Oh yeah, and don't forget the cheesecake. Wow!

A good experience with good food. I would have given it five stars but they cleaned the table across from us and set it without removing two napkins and all sorts of food that was on the floor. There was lettuce from the table in the isle as well. They also should bring back the pineapple upside down cheesecake.

We visited the place 2 days ago.we just need cake for our toddlers.the staff on the counter was so rude and were not willing to do the work asking each other to pack a cake for us and after paying we wait there for 15 min just watching the staff arguing each other and making faces.

My boyfriend and I decided to have date night at the cheese cake factory. He’d never been there before and I raved about how great it was! We were seated pretty quickly so no worries there. The server Scott H came over and took our drink orders. Drinks were there quick no worries. In the mean time 2 different tables were seated around us. 3 woman 2 tables to our left, and the couple directly next to us sitting maybe 2-3 feet away from our 2 person table. All was good and Scott H brought us out bread and my boyfriends soda. About 20 minutes went by and the 3 ladies 2 tables down got all their food! No worries, we are patient people so alls good. 5 minutes after that the table next to us who was seated after we put our food orders in recieved their food. Now I’m annoyed, it’s been 45 minutes, 2 tables around us recieved their meals and no word from SCOTT H. I finally was able to make eye contact and he already seemed to know what I was thinking so after he dropped something off at another table, turned to us and said “I’m not sure what’s taking so long, I’ll go check with the kitchen. ” Never came back.the table next to us had their very nice server box up their dinner and finally our food arrived! The plates were so incredibly hot they couldn’t be touched, and the food was so lightly warm. Which makes me think our food was reheated in a oven on the plates. At this point I’m just so ready to leave without even a apology from SCOTT H about the wait that I can’t even eat. My boyfriend and I decide to ask for boxes so we can just eat at home. While he headed to go get cheesecake for us to take home I went ahead and payed the bill. We both were so let down that I felt I’d leave a 13% tip for the terrible service, and leave a little note on the back explaining why. I even made a joke about it saying “it’s cheat day on our diet”! With a sad face. Apparently SCOTT H decided to take GREAT offense to my little note because he decided to approach me while we waited at the cheesecake counter for our cheesecake. He asked me to explain so I did, he tried to make a excuse saying the other tables only ordered cheesecake which was completely false. We were sitting 3 feet apart. The husband ordered a burger and the wife a pasta dish. After I even tried responding to the idiocy he interrupted to tell me “ this conversation is stupid” and walked away from me. I work in customer service, if any of my customers expressed a concern of any kind and I told them the conversation was stupid, I would absolutely lose my job. I wish I could turn back and never attend. I never have problems anywhere I go and I show everyone so much respect that there’s no reason for a server who never even apologized for any of the delays to be so incredibly hateful. He’s lucky he got a tip at all. I have respect for anyone in the food indrustry or else he would have recieved nothing. Wish I could get my money back. I’ll go ahead and keep my receipt and try to post it in this review. Thanks SCOTT H, you obviously shouldn’t be dealing with the general public if your going to be so flat out disrespectful. I felt and still feel attacked by Scott H when expressing my concern. He should have never approached me in the first place after the bill was paid, also never offered a manager to step in and address it. Decided to take it into his own hands to personally confront me before calling my concerns stupid and storming away while I was in the middle of a sentence. I didn’t want to make a scene in the middle of the restaurant but I’ve never been treated like such a second class citizen in my life.

We have visited this restaurant before and we are never disappointed. The waiter was friendly and kept our glasses refilled. I had the grilled salmon (lunch portion) and it was very good. The brown bread and sour dough bread is very good. Of course, no visit is complete without having a piece of cheesecake. We had the key lime cheesecake which tasted great and my husband had the raspberry cheesecake. He said he would have liked a little more raspberry but it was still really good.

Great service, great cheesecake! Tex Mex rolls are amazing! I got the chicken carbonara, would of been 10x better had the chicken been grilled not boiled.wasn't worth $20.
