The Home Depot, Columbus OH

They don't have a good selection of houseplants and outdoor plants at all, compared to all Lowe's stores. Lowe's stores are way better than Home Depot stores when it comes down to buying plants.

This home depot is lacking in people skills. Associate's lack the knowledge of products in the store. Will go to a different store next time. Disappointed

I am very happy with my experience at this store. Sometimes, mistakes happen and associates fall short. I understand that. But, what really stood out to me was after sharing my initial experience, was the exceptional care I received from the customer service supervisor, Kathleen. I also got to speak with Jay, the store manager, who ensured my experience was top notch and helped me to complete my order. Amazing customer service still exists. If you dont believe me, go to this store and ask for Kathleen. She's amazing.

Terrible, rude customer service. I called about renting a carpet cleaner and could barely hear myself talk over the man on the other end of the line chewing and breathing heavily into the phone. I told him which one I was looking to rent, and he replied in the most annoyed sounding tone “well that’s the only one we have, so. ” and then just stopped talking. I mean, great, but your website has a few different models. I asked if it would be available the next day (they only had one in stock), and his reply was “look, I don’t know. You’ll just have to come into the store to rent it”. I let him know the website said to call to rent and he just told me the price to rent it and that I would have to put a deposit down- stuff I already read. He treated me like I was so dumb and reiterated that I would just have to come in to see if he had it, then hung up. I ended up taking my business elsewhere and will not be an customer at this location.

I love this place. I could spend days in here. Everyone is always so friendly, products/materials are easy to find and if this kind of store just isn't your thing you can call ahead and have what you need ready for you to pick up or you can have it delivered!

Salesman sold me a remarkable TV antenna that has allowed all channels to come in on my Panasonic flat panel TV. He showed incredible sales skills and was very professional in his duties. Keep up the good work and I look forward to doing business with you again. Thank you

Surprised that there where a lot of employees and was able to find what I was looking for pretty quickly.seems like they have improved the signs that designate the departments.

Cashier intentionally cancelled my electronic receipt and told me to deal with it or go talk to the service desk and fix it myself. I'm done with HD for good. Lowe's is closer anyway.

I love love love the greeter here. He is the most amazing being! The store is great as well lol. Staff is very helpful

Overall very happy with ding how I went there to get some plywood to try and fix my bed didn't work but the plywood works fine I now made it into a desk so it works all right. Will probably continue to use it as a desk and build it into other projects and prices are decent.

Great customer service! Employee stopped what he was doing and helped me find what I was looking for and he didn't even work in the department.

I guess I'm like any other guy in that I could go to Home Depot and walk around for hours! The employees are helpful and care about finding exactly what you come for!

Found what I needed and the workers were very helpful to me because I did not know what I needed to get until they told me what I really would need.

Order cabinets 1 came in damaged and 1 came in wrong color. They wanted to charge again for delivery on there mess up. Also said they had to charge our account for the replacements and we had to return the damaged and wrong color to the store. Even though we paid for delivery. Lowes just gained another customer due to Home Depot poor customer service.

Needed help in lighting and we ask twice but no one came. I generally get disgusted every time I go there. Lowe's is so much better.

I just needed floor vents, light switch covers and receptacle covers.
Great selection, the only negative was I needed three each and only found 2.
The team member said He could order and do a pick up at store.
He then said it should be on next truck wed.
I came back in Friday and picked up last cover.
I'm fully satisfied even though I had to come back.

Don't believe what you read online. Site says they have the screws I needed, but they have none of them.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. Kyle was very helpful and friendly. He even helped me load my truck. Big props to him

It's an ok place to shop if you need a couple of items, but if your doing a renovation and have 2 or 3 carts full your waiting for 3 hours
