Amusing to say the least. I assumed working the lumber department and using a saw the employees would know how to read a tape measure. Not blame the saw for its inaccuracy
Tool rental took 50 minutes to finally process a credit card for a deposit. They blamed my bank from the start. I spent 30 min on with bank only to confirm that it was likely just ill qualified employees.
Employees afraid to pull manager from a “meeting” to resolve problems with their register.
Honestly there is something seriously wrong with the customer focus of this place. I have no choice but to use some I live in London and they are the best option for me. But I regret it.
Be nice if some one knew the product they were selling. P.s. Lowe's is the same but they put the home hardware stores out of business
