The Maids, Bedford Heights OH

This was my first time having any maid service! They came highly recommended. There were 4 maids. That cleaned my whole apartment with 90 minutes! They did a very good job. Everything was clean and placed where it was suppose to be.

I needed house cleaners to clean my moms apartment because she was injured. The Maids of North East Ohio were very kind and responsive. My mom said they were the best cleaners she’s ever encountered. I live out of state and they were able to fully assist me remotely and professionally. I highly recommend them. The Ivory team cleans our house bi-weekly and does a great job! They are reliable and on time every visit. It is always nice to come home that day to a completely clean house. They are even good with our dog being home! The staff is great and we get a friendly reminder the day before each visit.

Nikki and the Silver Team have been cleaning our house for over 5 years. They are absolutely wonderful! Their work is top rate - the house is always sparkling clean after they leave. And with two little kids and a dog, it's generally a disaster zone before they tackle it. Not only do they do excellent work, they are a joy to work with - consistently on time, very professional and respectful and always full of joy! I can't recommend them enough.

Very disappointed with the job done at the house I was moving into. We paid $400 for thorough cleaning service of everything in the house and my wife ended up having to scrub the oven and clean the shelves, which was discussed that they would do. The dishwasher was left filthy with the last owners itmes in it, and open cans of soda in the closet where he contractors were working. Poor job done.we were moving from NY and we were trusting them to do a good job based on the good reviews.

The Orange Team is exceptional. They are friendly and very thorough. Our house looks amazing when they are done.

Used them for several months. Really liked them at first but each time a new team showed up and results varied. It always seemed rushed and like they were being pushed to go to another job right away. Each time I communicated my concerns I was reassured they would allow the girls more time but that never happened so we canceled the service.

While the pink team did a good job, I strongly recommend that you do not use this company for your on going cleaning services. They raise their prices considerably every year with a form letter. They could care less when you call them. They are very expensive for what they do.

The Orange Team cleaned the house I just purchased. It is a very old home with many challenges in getting clean. They did a diligent job especially on the shower that was really bad. I will use them again when I need my move out cleaning. I highly recommend this company.
