The Orange Team is wonderful! They are thorough with their clean and go the extra mile without being asked. Would highly recommend Amanda and the Orange Team!

My Orange team is the best service ever. My team keeps us all cleaned up. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat so the floors really need constant cleaning. Amanda runs a good team and always goes above and beyond. Since my husband and I are handicapped the team is a life saver! Thanks for this great team.

My Orange Team does an excellent job. They are very reliable and they always communicate accurate arrival times. I highly recommend The Maids. I've had another service in the past and The Maids are far more thorough at a very competitive rate.

The first time I had them out, the crew that was here was incredibly efficient and I was impressed by the job that they did. Arrived exactly when they said they would, took about two and a half hours to do an initial cleaning of the house, which needed it since I had recently moved and it wasn't left particularly clean by the previous owners. They did a great job and left the place in much better condition than when they arrived. They even easily worked around the boxes that weren't yet unpacked. (The first visit is why I have given three stars. If my review was based on that visit alone, my rating would have been higher for the work done during that appointment.)

Because of how well the first crew did, I decided to schedule monthly service. Today would have been the first time that they returned after the initial visit. My appointment was for today with a window from noon to 2pm. I initially called at 12: 45pm to see if they could tell me when they would likely arrive and was told that they were taking lunch and were at least half an hour away. When I called again around 1: 30pm, I was told they were on their way. After they hadn't arrived by 2pm, which was the end of the window, I called to cancel. I've been told they will call back to reschedule, but I'll be surprised if they do since I wasn't offered the option of rescheduling when I was already on the phone. I would have at least expected an apology for not having a crew arrive during the time frame promised, especially since I had to take time away from work to meet them. Instead, all I received were excuses saying that they can't predict how long earlier jobs might take. Although I understand that, they should at least have planned for the crew to take lunch and not started my window at noon. (Based on today's non-visit, I wouldn't have given more than one star, which is the lowest possible rating.)

Additional note: I was called back today and have rescheduled for service in a couple of weeks. During the call, I did receive an apology, as well as an offer for a discount on my next service to help compensate for the inconvenience of the missed visit.

Yesterday was my first time using The Maids. The Orange Team was prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. After recently losing my husband to Stage IV colon cancer, life has been a bit hectic. Amanda and her team came in and quickly assessed the situation. Immediately, they determined more time was needed and made sure to check with me (that this was ok) and call their office. My house is in much better shape. The Orange Team breathed a breath of fresh air and I will be using them and this company again.

I've had Rachelle and her team working in my home for about three months now; I'm very pleased with their work; they are consistently on time, professional and thorough. They listen to any questions / concerns and when something comes up they work to rectify before leaving. I plan to keep the Pink team as a part of my household for the foreseeable future. Thank you!

Amanda and the orange team are fantastic! They thoroughly clean the house and are so kind to the dog. I would recommend them to anybody.

It is a joy to have Kristine and her Ivory team come into my home and clean for me. I tend to have quite a bit of "junk" (which is too important to discard) in my house and they seem to know how to do a bit of organizing as they clean. I give very few directives, they just seem to know what needs to be done. They work with efficiency and thoroughness. They are the best cleaning team I have experienced.
I am always proud of the appearance of my house when they are finished.

The Maids of Cleveland are great! Always on time and do an awesome job working together so they are in and out quick! It's nice having the same crew every time too because they know what areas of our home need extra attention.
