The Watering Hole Safari and Waterpark (Monsoon Lagoon), Port Clinton OH

They do not enforce rules and let their employees be disrespected by guests and are showing our kids and grandkids that being rude, swearing at those in charge and being totally disrespectful is ok. When the incident happened, several of us who witnessed this dispicable action, asked for the two people involved to be thrown out. Much to put amazement, we were told that they don't throw anyone out, no matter how horrible their actions are. Very disappointed!

Awesome place as an alternative to cedar point. Safari is really nice, water park area is wonderful (water was really cold though considering the time of year). Gocarts get really busy. We waited an hour and a half to get on. Bumper Boat I was on broke on me in the middle of the water. Had to get pushed back in by the kids. Told worker, he could care less. Just got back on his phone. Other then that, highly recommend.

Awesome place for the whole family! Lazy river, big water slides, smaller water slides & play area, swim up bar, DJ, zoo, bumper boats & go karts, put-put, food! Hard to do in a day there's so much. Place was very clean.

Great place to visit if you have younger kids. Cedar point is fine for bigger kids, but this place was better for younger and less expensive too. Pool, lazy river, mini golf, bumper boats, arcade games, and "safari park". The animals were great, definitely get the bucket of food for sale to feed them. The staff with the animals were quite informative when asked questions.

Had SO much fun! The waterpark is more for kids but if you buy the all acess pass you can Go Kart, Zoo, & Mini Golf all day, too! We REALLY liked the zoo. One of the male workers took time to tell us about the camels and other animals. You really get close to all the animals, too. They're very friendly and you can feed most of them. We did the gem mining for $10 which was fun, too. Theres also a swim up bar. Food is kinda crappy; pack a lunch!

Lots to do, reasonably priced, the only downfall is you can't bring any food or drinks in. Overall a fun filled day.

Had a fantastic time with kids! Everything was amazing.only thing that wasn't good was bumper boats.they are to small

Very nice place. We were able to get a good deal on Groupon so the cost was very reasonable for a family of 5, much better than the other water parks not far away. For one price we were able to swim, go kart, animal petting zoo and bumper boats. Very clean and well staffed with goid service and fair food and drink pricing. Overall a great place, we will for sure be back next season with our friends.

Highly recommend this place! Lot's to do for whole family! My family spend whole day there and really enjoyed our selves.

First time there will deffinetly go back again. Very clean place friendly staff the zoo was nice had fun playin putt putt and the go karys were fun as well. The water slides were a lot of fun. And enjoyed the swim up bar

I came here exactly 1 year ago today, I thought it was heaven. This year is terrible, my 9 yr olds bday is a disaster. Hour long wait for go carts, water ice cold. The place has just really gone down hill!

Furthermore, why does it say no bumping when you dont do anything about it. My shoulder is killing me, my daughter got rammed so many times, not a peep out of staff. What a waste!

And the guy still is riding. Ridiculous

All in all we had fun. My only complaints are that half of their bumper boats don't work. The company should invest in fixing them. Also you can't bring, any food or beverage in, they will check you upon entry

Really fun place here. They have go karting and golf. They also have a petting zoo and a water park.

Had an amazing time with my mom and kids. The kids had so much fun in the water and the petting zoo was perfect. My ma n I had a fun time at the Tiki bar. The D. J.played awesome and everyone left exhausted.
