Hospital care and treatment have really gone down. I am ashamed of this hospital and the care they provide today. I always was treated with respect and the best care but within the past few years I have nothing decent to say.

My granddaughter was bitten by a bat a year ago. The staff at Geauga is amazing. They are the most kind hearted, caring people we've ever encountered at a hospital. Just outstanding care and compassion.
My daughter was also in the emergency room for slicing her finger opened and again we are just so impressed with what high quality care she received plus the staff! They seriously hire some off the nicest people we've ever met.
