Uptown Rental Properties, LLC, Cincinnati OH

I loved living through Uptown! Whenever I needed help with anything they were always easy to find help and quick to get my questions answered. They also put on four events a month for residents which is really cool. The events usually involve food, or a movie night in our theater, or making something. I would recommend uptown rentals to anyone.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They don't care about their customer at all. Even if you do pay over a thousand in rent for a one bedroom apartment and your place floods from above and they give your lease to someone else after you've gone in four times to renew. This entire service is a disappointment and I wish I didn't have to support them. Would have given no stars if possible

Don't trust anything above 2 stars they make their employees give reviews but honestly this company is terrible if you really read the real experiences.
