Garbage prices, typical conmen trying to upsell. Tried to tell me I needed a transmission fluid change when it was changed 10,000 miles ago lmfao. Go to Take 5 mate.

They always treat me fairly and make sure I get the best service. I've been using them since my move to ohio from Alabama.

I am always pleased when I stop by for a quick oil change. The coupons online are always there and they are happy to text you one if you call and ask. Having them change all my filters and wipers at there prices is a small price to pay when you have little ones and don't have the time to take your car into the shop and wait hours.

I love everything about Valvoline. The guys are nice and do a good job. I'm always in and out in 15 and I like the carcam- you can see them doing the work under your car and hood. Pretty much always have a $10-$15 coupon available online as well so it is reasonable. I get a semi synthetic for $70 so it's usually $60. To save the time waiting at Walmart for a spot and to pull in anytime, I happily pay this. They check all your lights, your cabin filter, fill your tires. Great place

Over priced and they didn't re-install the air intake filter all the way, leaving 2 or 3 screws out regardless of their "check check, double check" banter.
I should have been counting when the tech took them out and then put them back. I did happen to pay attention to the sound as I use power tools on a daily basis, leading me to believe one of the screws may be cross threaded.

I was able to locate the screws the following day after hearing a buzzing while accelerating. Will never go back

Full synthetic oil change was about $97 for a mid sized sedan.

They overcharged the air conditioning in my friends car twice. Operator did not know how to properly work the machine. I highly recommend not taking a vehicle there unless you want an additional trip to another mechanic. Quick oil changes should be their main focus.

We left after having oil change and tachometer and speedometer don't work. I don't understand what they did.

I went here and had a coupon for $19.99 reg $43.99, The coupon is on there website Good till 6/11/2018, Loved that they had a Female working there made me feel very comfortable, They didn't heckle me to buy extra stuff I don't need, Overall Pleasant Experience with Zero issues and for $19.99 it was well worth the price

This location has wonderful service! In addition it was a privilege to see they had women whom were just as or more knowledgeable than the men and hard working! Great service with the entire staff!

Usually I change my own oil but since the snow was falling I figured I would give Valvoline a shot. Overall I don't regret it one bit. The people I dealt with were very friendly and made some time to have friendly conversation. They still got done quickly and seemed to be very attentive.

The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was how much they said my car needed, like a radiator flush and differential work, along with a small handful of other things. I didn't feel like they were being dishonest or telling me anything needed to be done that didn't, but I tried to make it clear that I do my own work on my car and was only there for oil that day. I do understand that it's likely required that they ask you about all of it but it would have been nice to speed up the process a bit once I said I wasn't having any other work done.

Overall I can definitely see myself returning any time there is snow on the ground.

Fast service. Besides oil changes, they also provide other routine maintenance such as radiator flush/fill or transmission fluid change for less than what dealers charge.

Needed an oil change quick before a road trip and they really get it done! The staff was friendly and funny. The price was a bit high, but the staff and service made it worth it. They weren't overly pushy with other services either, which is amazing.

Nice guys when I visit, quick oil change in a pinch even though it's more expensive. The guys were a little too flirty when my gf went alone and made her uncomfortable

I'm giving valvoline 1 star because they did change my oil with no problems. My experience with them is that they told me my license plate housing was gone. When I checked it after leaving it was indeed not missing in fact it was intact and in working conditions. When I complained to customer service about the lack of knowledge they truly did not care
