23Fast, friendly, and not pushy with sales. They are a little bit more pricy than other 10 minute oil change places, but I know they do quality work.
I just bought a new used car and it has a lot of computer gadgets on it that I don't quite understand. So I go there and the people there help me through it.
My wife had gone to have a belt changed. They were unable to loosen a bolt. They told her that they sprayed it and come back. We went back to have it done and the techs refused to do the work because the manager wasn't there. I said ok I will get it done else where. As we pulled out the tech yelled "Good luck, no one else is open. " Which is unprofessional, rude, and incorrect. I went to NBT in strongsville and had a wonderful experience.
