Tanya has been extremely helpful to me in completing my papers works and making sure my move in to the new apartment is a breeze. I would like to extend my thanks to her for accommodating my needs. She helped me complete all documents online. Helped me with the changes I needed in the apartment. She is great to work with and will go to all ends to make sure the resident feels like they are at home. Thank you.

Full marks for Tanya and LaQueita for their efforts and help, However the property is very old and thus it needs to be maintained properly as well. Have been trying to reach out to the emergency number for water problems and no luck till now. Guess the definition of emergency has changed.

Was able to move in right away but, the apartment was not fully clean and up to date as was expected. Overall not too bad.

Super easy to apply to this complex and a beautiful community. LaQueita and Tanya answered all the thousands of questions I had, were always friendly and helpful when I came in, and went above and beyond to help me lease here. Cannot thank them enough and so happy to be living here!

Heard the most bizarre argument on 'lease breakout policy'. Since most of the companies pay in full or part for the lease breakout, so its not in our companies interest. That's why we are increasing breakout amount to $3000.
I had no idea what to say, since my company will pay for it, it means you are increasing your rate. WOW. No point in living here if you don't have to.
