37This store is chaotic. Wow. I'm from Florida and I thought we had the worst Walmarts there. I was wrong. Columbus wins.
Very clean and organized. Not as large as some Walmarts, but I thought it was very well kept. Will go back.
Express pickup is a joke, nothing express about it. Don't waste 30 mins of time by using this mediocre service, that could so easily be fixed! Staff fetching items was out of her mind high, couldn't even concentrate on the last name. We cancelled our pickup, and left.
Fairly well-stocked. Not the cleanest. Very little concern for Covid protocol. I've been personally bullied by a staff member in the past for wearing Muslim attire. I recommend Target across the street.
Electronic department was very empty. There was a distinct lack of staff which was apparent and a hinderence to the shopping experience.
You think the employees that work here should be smarter than a toddler because if an item comes out on a specific day then put it on the shelf but nope, they fail at the most basic of things yet I should be rooting for them to get pay raises? Bull. The employees need to be examined and for those who don't size up need to be fired because I'm tired of having to be the one to deal with them. This is a trashy store and I'm tired of it.
Customer Service Manager this morning is a joke. Absolutely no sense of urgency to help anyone, including cashiers, who were openly complaining in front of customers. Winnie clearly not qualified, or interested, to do the job the right way.
Does anyone know how to do their job? I chased around two people before I got help to send someone to the fabric counter.waited 15 mins, nobody showed. Chased another worker around the store who couldn’t help. Another 15 mins went by before I called and finally got assistance. So much for customer service
The guy that was working in electronics was extremely patient&helpful to everyone that approached him.even as he was being torn in 15 different directions because (as usual) they were terribly understaffed.and let me tell you, at least 4ppl were very rude&disrespectful towards him just during the time that he was attempting to help us get what we needed! I'm not sure of the guys name.but he made our experience there a lot less stressful
Marr the supervisor help me amediately when I cakk him about my online order that was done wrong. I really appreciated that. I order two Sweat suits for my son I was very happy they was able to help me before Christmas
The One On Morse Road Was Full Of Excitement On December 24th 2018. Customers With Last Minute Christmas Shopping And Associates With Being Able To Leave At 6: 00pm. I Really Felt The Excitement
Although there were still lots of customers in the store and the lines were extremely long at 10pm they only had 3 regular lines open (1 closed at 10: 15). The self - help line was ridiculously long. So long in fact people were walking out refusing to stand in line. Walmart seem to have no concern for there customers or the amount of money they are losing. I seldom go to this Walmart because it really needs to clean up its parking lot, store and customer service.
Its always busy in here and they have stereotypical complaints but I personally haven't had any serious issues or arguments
Was disappointed tried to buy a watch and was told I had to wait til 8: 00am, I had to be at work at 7: 00am. In my opinion a manager should have been called to get a key. The associate I spoke too was nice enough but has trouble speaking English clearly. I shop here quite frequently on my way to work and this is the first time I have had a problem.
Went to check out and put $10.06 In the machine and it froze the order total was $6.06 so I waited 45 minutes to get my change after all of this I do not recommend going to this Walmart what-so-ever! Horrible customer service
Terrible. Never actually have what we go in for. Disorganized shelves and just always need to wait in line.
That store.broke my arm couple weeks ago and have a hard time lifting heavy items.one young female CSM helped me out to my and loaded my groceries into my.she was the sweetest girl.didn't catch her name but would recognize her again.
This is unfortunately the closest walmart tk our house. Parking is a nightmare! Dont even think about going on the weekend. Customer service at walmart seems to be nonexistent. As if they teach their employees that its okay to be rude and lazy. The prices are the only thing that keeps me going back. And even that makes me feel terrible.if I could afford to do all of my shopping somewhere better I would but in this economy I dont know anyone who can afford to throw the budget out the wimdow.so back to walmart we go
Bad service disrespectful staff members and racist people. This is the worst Walmart supercenter I have ever been to and I do not recommend to anyone. Please go to a different walmart to avoid these horrible people, if I could rate zero stars I would
4 other customers and I stood at jewelry counter for over 10+ minutes. We asked 2 people to call someone and then I called customer service from my phone to get help. That should not happen, so review is bad.
