Walmart Supercenter reviews
37This store used to be a great place to shop. It was always clean and actually had employees, which is extremely rare for walmart. But lately its slowly going downhill. Just the other day, I saw two teens being walked out the store for stealing, and I walked around the store for 20 minutes looking for help in the electronic section. When someone finally did show up, he was very rude and rushed me through my questions.
Don't go after 10pm unless you trying to intern as a cashier without the discount. Plus i promise the line is wrapping around the store. #ProTip = electronics.you're welcome
This location no longer carries the Paqui Haunted Ghost Pepper chips. We will have to go to Kroger in that area as they now sell them. Hopefully they will restock them soon.
They are rude and over crowded and understocked went to get cat food for my cats and they didn't have the kind I get my cats have a sensitive stomach.
It's ok if you need something in a pinch, good variety of foods but hard for them to stay stocked. Some staff is friendly, others are a little lazy if you ask them questions. Overall, good service but it could be better.
I lost a receipt and after a week l went there and the lady in the customer service was real nice to me she called the manager and l got a copy. Keep it up
This is lowest end of customer service that a business can achieve. The 2 people in three customer service department told us they could not help at all and sent us away. Finally found "Kyle" who took ownership of the problem and solved it. Kyle is only reason they get any stars at all. At least he tried and had a desire to help.
As usual, not enough cash registers open, waited in line (back 7 people), for 25 minutes and cashier had only started ringing customer #2 when I left the line. Disgusting! I'm finished with Walmart, at least the Morse Rd.one for sure! Schrock Rd.location is somewhat better!
Was hard to find anything there and they don’t have as much veracity of pots and pans, I had to go to another Walmart to find what I needed.
Not the best customer service at the auto center i came at 11: 10pm was told that I would have to wait for a oil change on a two and half hour wait which was fine with me I could walk around and do some shopping and then come back later. I was told to come back @ 3. I came @3 and no one didn't say my car was ready or nothing so I sat down in their waiting room for almost an hour I go back up to the register behind a man who was in front of me and after the employee got done with him she look at me and went to go help other customers instead the guy behind me even said "I think she was infront of me ma'am" the woman said "yeah I know how can I help you". This is my first time getting an oil change as any young person first time so Im new to the process but however i feel like I was being overlook at and not taken care of. I got my car @ 5 which is ridiculous compare to 3
The workers and the managers here are so rude it seems like they take a class for it! I will go out of my way to stay away from this Walmart there is no hospitality just a total lack of manners and respect for the customers!
I am a big fan I've doing the grocery pickup. I love the substitutions and the compensation for when things are out of stock and the whole service in general is quite nice.
That said I do not care for businesses that pay their staff poorly and especially when they don't let there already Under Paid employees not received tips when they are in a service position.
Kroger clicklist actually adds the tip for the employee to your click list order, where as Walmart employees are threatened with punishment if they accept tips.
Kroger's only 5 minutes away from the Easton Walmart location. I would suggest people use Kroger clicklist instead as they seem to care more about their employees.
Since I’m sitting here growing old waiting for whatever happens next with my online pick up I might as well give a review. I was at layaway first, since this is where pick up was in the past. I was ignored for at least 10min. I asked 2 people for help, they told someone else and I was still ignored. I hit the service button twice and it was cleared out. I finally got someone to tell me customer pick up was at the front of the store. I checked in 10 min ago and still no progress. I guess I needed to be reminded why I hate this store.
My concern at this time since holidays are coming more self - check out lanes should be open. There were many long lines today.
Good store some staff is iffy and theres always a mess somewhere and they always move everything around
Walmart's are really that great in general, but this one is very busy and chaotic. I don't like going here. The staff/service isn't great.
Greeter wouldn't even look for me a handicap shopping electric chair. Pharmacy side 6pm. I am 100% wheelchair bound this is uncalled for. Pharmacy computers and registers was very, very slow took over a hour for one prescription. This store needs ALOT MORE Electric Wheelchairs.
