28Employees are sometimes rude which is standard for Walmart. Store is overall terribly stocked and not a great environment. Employees wear masks at their chin but not on the face. I would recommend the sugar creek or Beavercreek location.
I must work here because every time I go I scan and bag all my own stuff. I just don't get paid
Walmart is in terrible shape they are out of everything in every isle and the store is so messy
Should have more experience people in the electronics department not old and slow looked way overwhelmed told me he was going to be a while to unlock a case so I left and ordered it on Amazon for half the money your loss Walmart
Messy not organized pricing doesn't match products floors dirty can't find help when you do they are rude. Other stores offer same good make a better shopping experience
One checkout open, while 15 customers wait in line at the self-checkout. Placed my items down and left. I'll pay a few dollars more and shop at Target where the still have cashiers at registers.
Waited for 20 minutes for assistance with a laptop, associate refused to look in more than one door. When checking out had one item that had security lock, cashier had issues and couldn't get it open and as busy as it was took forever for someone to assist
All I can say is that it was awful. I had to wait fifteen minutes before I could get help at the photo department and that's because I had to go looking for it If you're going to have a department you need to keep it staffed. This is not the only time this has happened. Very poor management on this store.
I bought things for my sister. She ended up not needing them. I wasn't allowed to take them both back at once. I have to waste gas to go a second time.
Store was a mess as usual, missing prices on 2 of the 4 things I went to purchase, reminded me why I dont shop at walmart. I'd rather pay more and shop somewhere else. Will not be back.
Whack. 4 lines and only one set of u-scans open. Isn't it the holiday shopping season? 20 minutes later, we get to pay for our two items. You can do better.
Gee whiz it was busy today they had the parking lot roped off so you couldn't drive down the front of the store
Y'all have 0 times left to PROFILE/ EASE DROP OR CHASE ME FOR A DANG RECEIPT, BEFORE I FILE RACIAL PROFILING/ HARASSMENT CHARGES.
Terrible checkout. Just left the store leaving our items behind. No checkouts open. Only the scan and go open. All but 2 scanners took card and no cash. The 2 that took cash had customers with full carts. We only had 1 item each. Not about to wait for customers to scan their full carts. Cashier attending scan and go offered jo help. Absolutely ridiculous!
Please train more people to run a register so you can call help from different departments to run a register to help with long lines. A week from Christmas and only two lanes open is a no go.
I looked online at this particular Walmart for some cough gels. It showed they had them in stock. I then checked again from the parking lot, again showed they had them and the aisle they were in. Went inside and they had none. I asked about them and wss basically told "no it doesn't look like we have any". Oh well. Their app is evidently useless
The employees out on the floor were very helpful. They were extremely short on cashiers. Had 2 and one was having issues with an order. Took about 40 min to get to me and there was only 1 person in front of me. Ended up checking out myself. There needs to be separate lines for people mainly buying groceries.
Walmart is a Veteran hater. They do NOT HONOR military Veterans and this is in american. Change your policy.
Why is there only 1 cashier? It takes longer to checkout than drive there and shop. Irresponsible and unacceptable. But I'm sure the suits don't care, they still get paid.
