28No one at package until 8.30. Manager was to get some one at 8.10. She never came back and neither did anyone to work package pickup. Never again.
EVERY time I've tried to call this place to see if they have an item either no one picks up or I'm put on hold for longer then 20 minutes. I just called this at 8A and no one picked up.
RACIEST. One clerk must have thought she was top flight security and followed me and daughter in every aisle.soo we started following her after we realize what she was doing.
I left the store empty handed. I was going to buy one item. There were no registers opened, except for the scan & go. All but 2 of the scan and go's were card only. The only 2 cash scan and go's were being used by customers with full carts. I was not about to wait for them to scan their carts. The attending cashier was of no help! Terrible customer service! I would give this store a 0 rating if I could!

I WAITED 45 MINUTES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE and STILL DID NOT get what I wanted!
Stopped by for a quick purchase. Returned items to the shelves, lines too long and not enough open cash registers. Left without purchasing items. To close to the holiday seasons to not have enough personnel to help with customers. Normally a decent Walmart store location.
I never really shop here but decided to stop in for a quick run. The door was broke and wouldn’t open so I had use the other door to enter. A sign on the broken door would have been nice. They only had one line open at 8pm. They made me scan and bag my own purchases. Never have I ever. I’ll never come back. Well maybe only to be reminded what a horrible shopping experience is like.
They still have their Black Friday prices up and the website says the black Friday sales are continuing, but they do not honor them at the register. Left and went to game stop where they were continuing their sales.
