Wendy's, Shaker Heights OH

This location rarely opens their doors on time at 10am as advertised. I've come to this location 4 times in the past and the doors are locked after 10am. It's 10: 13am and they still haven't unlocked the doors. I've also watched several customers try to enter the store only to have to turn around and return to their cars. This is very unprofessional.

I think they need more holiday staffing.ladies on duty was definitely their best against the odds.

Absolutely worthless location. Their workers are amongst the laziest I've seen. System goes down and dozens of cars stuck in the drive through and they dont tell cars that were able to order to wait in parking space. Avoid this location at all costs they dont know how to be part of customer service. Positive reviews have to be from workers not customers.

I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. Once I got my food the fries were limp and cold. My sandwich was cold and had been dumped in bag so everything was everywhere except on the burger. The crew was very unpleasant and the cashier dropped my change on the ground. I doubt that I will ever visit this Wendy's again.

Still unable to use credit cards at this location don’t waste time sitting in a long drive through, they need to put a sign or something not trap you in.

Per usual, very crowded & busy, and per usual under staffed. Our order was right this time.

The most dirty Wendy's I have ever been to. The staff was super busy with orders. There was a large crowd waiting in line and in the drive through. I went inside to eat but not one table was clean. The floor was greasy and both ketchup dispensers were empty. My burger had a cold bun. Awful experience

Food was nasty and there was flies 3verywhere in the restaurant and in the bathroom long wait time staff was yelling and cussing in the kitchen very unprofessional

The kids that work there need supervision the service and food was terrible I won't be back ever

I am not sure if this is how Wendy's wants their spicy chicken go wraps but it's so tiny

Dirty, slow service (line of people for simple orders), and I wont be back. Worst Wendy's I've been to yet. I'm actually surprised at this Company for this service and filthy bathrooms. I only est Wendys Fastfood. But this one.yuk.

Horrible customer service! The girl in the window was so disrespectful! She complained about my order and used horrible language when she THOUGHT I couldn't hear her through the window! I do not recommend this restaurant!

Had to wait a long time for my food the burger was cold and the bread was old the staff were too busy playing to take care of the customers this was my worst experience at Wendy's will never go to this one again!

Going inside to purchase sometimes is more effective then going through the drive-thru at this location. The workers tend to forget things when going through the drive-thru and it's a frequent occurrence for me. I prefer going inside to keep an eye on what's going on and usually the order comes out just right. The layout of the dining area is nicer than most Wendy's, however, it could be much cleaner. Overall, an average Wendy's.

They are the slowest Wendy I have ever been to, and their customer service is AWFUL. They deserve no stars.

Poorly-managed location. Very slow, poor layout in parking lot, every other time I go there there's something wrong with the registers. The men that work there are usually pretty nice but the women I have dealt with aren't particularly friendly (not outright rude, but don't bother greeting you when you hand them cash). Today I drove up to a cone in the drive-thru. It's eh.

A nice place to have lunch. The ladies in the place are friendly and fast. I will be there for lunch at least 2 times a week.

This Wendy's is VERY SLOW! Service is poor and poorly run. The restrooms are ALWAYS unkempt and water seems to leak from the toilet very often. And they smell. The one restroom by Chagrin is ALWAYS closed so I assume it's out of order. I have pretty much stopped going to it because the mgmt is not professional. Foul language should not be heard by the patrons. And so on, and so on.

Could not get free refill on lemonade. They want to charge full price, so there are no refills on lemonade. They charged me 40 cents extra on the value meal for the lemonade. No knapkins in the dispenser and the lady behind the counter seemed as if we were nagging customers. The young man overheard and was nice enough to supply us with napkins.
