Wendy's, Shaker Heights OH

Hi, MsNeddie here with a review of Wendy's fast food restaurant, located on the corner of Warrensville Center rd and Chagrin blvd.
After my husband picked me up from work, I decided I had a taste for a midnight snack, so we stopped at Wendy's.
It was Friday night, about 12: 17 a.m, 5 cars were ahead of us; wait time, 15 minutes.
I ordered large fries and a 10 piece chicken nuggets with honey mustard sauce, hubby ordered a Jr. Deluxe cheeseburger. I thought with the drive-thru being kind of busy, there was a good chance of getting hot fries and hot nuggets. The nuggets were hot, the fries were not.
It was 12: 34 a.m. When we arrived at the pick up window, the store closed at 1 a.m, which might explain the reason for the lukewarm fries. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed my chicken nuggets, even shared a few with hubby. This Wendy's is located at a busy intersction.
There's usually cars lined up out to the street during the day, and the food is hot and fresh, especially the fries!
Oh well, next time I'll just stick with the chicken nuggets after 12 a.m.

I had to go back up twice, they forgot certain items to complete the order & got a kids meals with no toy in the kids meal.

Do not go to this place. Melissa the manager is very unprofessional and the dining room buns are never warm. An employee stated the the front bun warmer is broke. Why is this place allowed to operate like this. Employees smoke marijuana in the back of the restaurant and then come in and serve people their food. Please DO NOT EAT here, you have been warned. This horrible service ALWAYS takes place after 5pm and especially on the weekends.

Took 5 minutes just to answer the drive thru, charged us for the extra items we ordered without giving them to us, didn't dress the sandwiches right and we had to remind them we ordered drinks. Not the first time we had horrible service here either.
