21 I gave it two stars only because the Doctor is great and very knowledgeable. However, I wasn't happy with the staff. I felt like I'm just a number. I was convinced my dog needed to be put down. I called and was told to come in right away. I understand there might be a wait. When I came in they didn't know why I was there. I had 4 different people come up to me and ask who we were and why we were there. I'm in tears the whole time this was happening.
3 different times I called a head and asked to have his medication ready I was on my lunch break. I got there and nothing was ready. Then I had to repeat everything I needed.
If the phone rings they made u wait until they're done with the call. They are way under staffed. I have switch vets because of this.
