I wish I could give zero or negative stars. It's not like the stars mean anything. Tow truck people know they are sleeze balls. This company in particular towed my car when i had a permit. Then they said they would give my car back for free if the permit was in the car. I showed up to get my car and NOT to my surprise the permit was in the car. They said wait a sec.we can't just tow your car for free.pay us half because our boss will yell at me.they wouldn't give my car back without paying half of the usual fees.what they did was illegal, shady, and just plain wrong and cringy. I tried to get a hold of the owner.he is the worst one of them all. A liar. No good. He said he would look into it and give me a call. Of course I hear nothing.duh.on top of that I disputed the charge with my bank. They are fighting me on it! I haven't gotten my money back but I will I promise you that you liars.

Tim came out because a guy feel asleep at wheel and crashed into my 53’ flatbed one guy couldn’t get out from under it, but Tim worked like a doctor putting chains cables and using his car boom to manipulate it to come out he is skilled and know his stuff, he’s a valuable accent and deserves a raise…

My parking permit shows clear in the daytime, but it was checked at night and not visible through the window area tint. So my car was towed from my apt complex. Two tenants and security let the tow truck driver know it was a tenant car. It was still towed.
I was upset. My apt Mgr called 21st. While observing her animosity toward the person she was speaking to, at 21st Century, I realized my attitude (in speaking to the employees) would have a lot to do with the outcome.
While walking to my vehicle to get the documents they needed, we looked at the permit in the daylight from 100 ft away. Quite visible.
My estimate went from $381 to zero to get my car back.
The employees matched my cheerful attitude and were professional and helpful. The process was very fast and we worked out a solution so this won't happen in the future.

Horrible! No stars! Was parked for 30 min on no numbered spot just to drop something off. They towed me right away and the lady who always picked up was a very rude person. She gave me address where to pick it up and after I got there, I had to call again and she said" oh I gave you the wrong address "I had to wait infront of their place for hours even I had appointment. After I called again she said whenever the driver get there and she hung up on me. Driver got here, said he has no time and left so still waiting. It took

This company has towed my car illegally Twice in one week. One on Tuesday 1/9/24 and once today 01/12/24. Both times they've brought it back at no charge to me, hence the extra star. This company is tow happy while disregarding their contract with my apartments.

No stars. EXTREMELY RUDE AT THE START OF MY CALL. The operator was unhelpful and unreliable. She seemed irritated with every question I asked and then she said “it’s not your car it’s not your business’’. I didn’t ask for your opinion lady!

Extremely rude. The driver was verbally combative and physically aggressive to teenage boys after proclaiming your mama is gonna pay my phone bill tomorrow. When calling the business the man answering the phone was no better. He thought it was a good idea to cuss out my son. When I took over the conversation and asked for management I was given a first name and hung up on. This place is utterly disgusting and disgraceful

"Relentless" is what their actual name is. Fraudulent company, I can say the least. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. All of the people who have pics of the damage to their cars, aren't lying.

Been about a year and a half but I wanted to say it again. They were called when my stolen truck was recovered. I stupidly trusted them and left items in the truck. They stole everything of value out of the truck and put everything else in the bed. They then caused body damage. Insult to injury after my truck got stolen. I wish them a merry Christmas and hopefully their trucks break down.

The scum of the earth. This company engages in predatory towing. They take advantage of people of color and people who don’t speak English. They prey on the people that live in low income apartments. Making them pay absurd amounts of money to get their cars back. They patrol in the middle of the night in the apartments and look for cars to tow. No one calls them. They go and make their quota.

Good luck calling them to REQUEST a tow service. They won’t take your money if you WANT to give it to them.

Tried calling to request a tow for my disabled vehicle. Was told they’d be about 45 minutes out. Four hours later called to touch base and they forgot about my call. They asked for my details again, said they’d be by in another 45 minutes. The day went by and never heard from them.

Just get a AAA membership. It’s cheaper and they have better customer service.

The worst company ever. Towed my vehicle even when it was legal for me to be in the parking lot of my apartment complex where I pay for a monthly pass. Oh, and my parking pass was hanging from the visor that morning. I know because I have a pic that was taken that very morning and shows my pass in clear sight. There comment was that it wasn't there when they towed my truck. They are just plain lying. So I'm sueing this car thieving company to cover my losses. Really want my truck back though. We shall see them in court soon. "They suck".

They don't do the type of towing that would remove the butt that's parked in my spot. If they did, they'd get 5 stars. They get 3 because at least they answered my call at a strange time/day.

My car was towed from my apartment and they did not confirm with my manager before completing job. I was still required to pay amount even tho I have a valid parking permit. Over all kind and good customer service, just think they need to be a little more questionable of who is calling and why because the apartments don’t tow on weekends and this was a Saturday night.

Thes guys are a joke and I believe criminal! They are purely rude and will make your life harder because they are bad people.
Their place of business is unsafe and they are not willing to help with people with mobility issues since their ramp is not to code and they flat out said they don’t care. Pretty sure they are a city of Portland vendor since they won’t enforce code!

Same experience as just about everyone else. People that just twist the rules in their favor and expect everyone else to follow them so they can profit off of everyone’s backs and hard-earned money while stealing other people’s properties and putting the blame on everyone else. Never mind that they’re never wrong in writing; basically just the definition of manipulators.

Had my vehicle towed in my own apartment where I PAY for parking all because I forgot to display their tag that I HAD IN MY CAR which I explained but was told it was a valid tow and I couldn’t do anything about it because their sticker wasn’t displayed. I had the old sticker displayed at least. But even that was not enough proof FOR THEM that my own vehicle which I pay everything for was parked in my apartment where I pay parking for.

So I had to pay for all THEIR costs. Don’t even know if they ever feel bad about tows like this. Maybe the fact that they don’t even try to improve their practice just goes to show you how opportunistic they are in taking your money.

Watch out if your car gets stolen, these people make sure to steal it "legally" if they get their hands on it.

They are so disrespectful they almost ran my husband over with there tow truck.blocked our driveway and refused to move.owner is a lier.and there drivers will cuss you out when you catch them damaging car they also lie about miles driven to upcharge you

They sucked, They don't do their Job, They did not patrol our property and tow unauthorized visitors who have taken over.

Y’all are some cowards! Have contracts with slumball landlords who you can barely get ahold of as a tenant to even update new car info. This company towed two cars! At 1am woken up by my amazing neighbors cause I do the same for them when the toe guy came! Keep towing cars with stickers charge $154 to drop a car. Explained to the man I have my old sticker cause I can’t get ahold of my landlord to update my info. Our apartment The Cedars in Gresham barely see them I’ve been trying to get my new sticker for a month and waits to get that cash or card just to press a button to drop it! Before that three other neighbors had to fight to be heard! It is not fair! Not ok we have to pay when our landlords don’t do their part m. The tow guys here have no compassion. First man pointed his finger in my face because I said it was wrong. So this second time around I CAME OUT FIGHTING AND MAD you guys need to get in contact with quantum and tell them us residents are no longer under their company and can at least return the tenants calls to update the info expected by your company and theirs! We can’t help you all of they don’t help us.
