This place is terrible. You’ll never see me ranting and raving about how good a towing company was but these people are nasty. Forget the fact my car was towed for less than 25 min and I was charged 300. My problem was the pitiful “customer service”. Cars towed at 4: 30pm I call at 4: 45 to which the woman on the phone tells me the offices are closed so I need to make an appointment. Okay I get to my appointment at 6: 30 and when walked in I was not greeted with even a simple hello how are you. The interaction was more stressful than it needed to be. They went out their way to make me wait around until finally releasing my car to me at 8: 45pm. The whole time I was there not a single employee was kind to me. The blond woman at the desk however, is a flat out b word. She’s a miserable woman and it shows. I personally think the whole staff needs to be replaced or they should just shut the place down entirely. I can tell they don’t like POC. And if they do, they have a funny way of showing it!
