Every step of the way I felt like I was jumping through hoops. They are very hard to get a hold of and are not friendly. When we were scheduled to move in the agent didn't go look at the house in time so we had to stay in a hotel for another night with all of our stuff in the moving truck. When we moved out they set unrealistic expectations and took $500 from our deposit for "cleaning" fees. I would NOT recommend them.
