Called about a bad water pump. The guy answer the phone. Ask him if a car is at a idle well the car still over heat.his response (I don't know maybe. I asked the water pump making noise is it bad or going bad. His Response (I don't know maybe) I ask. Can the timing belt come off due to a bad water pump.again (I don't know maybe) then I ask him a final Question can u put gas in your own car And yep u got it his response (I don't know maybe.

I went in yesterday to get 50/50 coolant for my Dodge Magnum SRT8. I explained to the younger gentleman it needed to be specifically made for my model <my car is super picky>. He assured me that it was correct. I went to grab it from the shelf, got in line and the older gentleman that was ringing up my items asked what I was fixing. I explained and he said there's no way this will work for that car. Looked up some specifics on his computer and showed me what it truly needed. He went back to get what was needed. Rusty saved me a huge headache from putting something in my car that wouldn't have worked. He saved my day! Thank you Rusty

Needed an oil filter wrench. The staff had to ask what it was and where to find it. Paying for this item was another issue. Their terminals were unable to accept Apple pay even though it was "supposed to be available". It looked like everyone except the manager was working there for the first time. Another issue was that several employees ignored posted face mask required signs.

This store is staffed by a bunch of kids with bad attitudes and poor knowledge of auto parts and car repairs. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone just based on poor customer service but also because they don’t have the knowledge. They give you an attitude if you want to see a part to make sure it will fit. They don’t want to look anything up and they act as if they’re doing you a favor for buying at the store. I’m actually glad I asked to see the part because their system said it would fit but it was obvious it wouldn’t when I looked at it. Someone who knows anything about hands-on car repairs with aftermarket parts knows well to make sure to visually inspect the part for fit before buying and starting any work.

They were very nice and very helpful seeing as it was my first time buying parts for my car, they helped me figure out where it was made and we're very patient throughout the ordeal, I appreciate their service.

Got a battery tested and charged, walked out with some corrosion protection for it, the entire experience cost me less than four dollars. Serviced by Luke B, who was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with an admittedly rusted terminal- absolutely no complaints, service was fantastic.

I have been shopping with this location for over a year as of lately employees have been rude and failed to find the right part i was in last week and met the new manager justin he is extremely helpful and a crucial employee for autozone 10/10 justin has my buisness

Last Tuesday Aug. 4,2020 while walking by Autozone on Murray, I found a wallet on the ground next to the exit door. I looked through it to see if there was a phone number where I could contact the owner. Since there wasn't and I debated about leaving it with the Autozone store as I worried about it getting misplaced. But, since it was right on their doorstep, I thought that the owner would be looking for it there.first. When I turned in the wallet, I left it with Edward and there was $40 cash in it. When the owner received his wallet back, the $40 dollars was missing. Autozone has refused to engage, the manager, Raj would not take my phone call. Clearly, someone who works at Autozone took this person's money, so they knowingly have a thief working in their store. For the small price of $40 Autozone could have made this right and earned the goodwill of me and the owner of the wallet. In these difficult times, a little kindness goes along way, Autozone chose the opposite way.

I was well served by MARK W.
By phone, I'd ordered a mirror for my truck. A day later had a call that it was out of stock. Went to the Murray store. After cancelling my order, Mark searched for an alternate supplier. Found one. Ordered the mirror, said it would be there tomorrow. I have it in hands today.
I appreciate someone going "the extra mile. " MARK W.did so. THANKS.

I needed help replacing my light bulb, I tried on my own but didnt have the right tools. I went in and asked if they offer help with that. And Jeffrey went with me to my truck and replaced it for free. It was extremely helpful! Thank you!

Poorest customer service of any store I've ever visited. Staff doesn't care to interact with white people. Avoid the insulting experience if your white or let's just say not the "preferred race" of this location.

I have lost track of the number of times I’ve been in this store. They tend to be walking a very thin line on almost being understaffed. This really only has been an issue when their very patient and helpful staff gets stuck helping someone that may not know exactly what they need. I’ve been that customer and they have almost always been very willing to help me out.
