AutoZone reviews
37Best parts store ever! Very helpful. Quick service. Even came out & installed wipers for me.
If you need to talk to a professional or don't want to wait for any parts to be delivered, this is your place to go.
Parts or Auto nic nacs. Price not web competitive. Like the lifetime warranty parts like breaks.
Went there to buy a turn signal bulb. Wasn't sure which one my car needed. Bought two different types and returned the wrong one with no hassle.
Great service. No wait super helpful employees who did not pressure or force high priced solution. Was will to help install turn bulb in the rain thank you so much! I recommend this store. It is clean and well kept with great employees!
Walked and waited at the counter for a few minutes. Figured the associates we're helping customers, so I decided I would walk around the store a bit until I saw or heard someone. Walked around the whole place twice. No one came to the counter nor came did I even hear anyone, except for 2 new customers walking in. Walked back up toward the counter where the 2 customers were now waiting. I explained to them that I've been waiting for quite some time. The lady then yelled "hello" which didn't work. After waiting closer to 10 minutes I walked out the door annoyed and aggravated. No one ever came. As I drove thru the parking lot I saw the two associates standing talking to one another at the back door. No one else around them. Auto zone just lost my loyalty and business.
Came here because my wiper blade stopped working while I was driving on 26. The guy who was attending the counter came out and identified the problem. It is a loose bolt and I also need to replace wiper blades. He told me that due to liability issue they are not allowed to fasten the bolt but he referred me to jiffy lube. He was right! The wiper bolt is loose and after jiffy lube guy fastened it for me and replaced wiper blades I was back on the road again! I really appreciate his warm hearted help!
Store has almost everything you need for your car! Too bad sometimes the line at the register can get slow at times.
It is fine as a big corporate part store. You may get some to help find a part if you wait around. I left and went to Mike's just East on Cornell.
They usually have most of the things I'm looking for although I wish they would hire more staff so that the people that work there aren't of taxed with work!
Horrible customer service. There is a guy that was very helpful but I would say 80% of the staff hstes there Job
Ordered a part online for same day pick up. Revived a call saying they didn't have it but another one did. Agreed I'd drive to the other one as I needed the part. Get to the second store and they had put it on the truck to the first store. Got a refund and bought my post elsewhere. Guy at the counter when I got the refund thought it was funnyand tried making light of the fact I wasted my lunch hour and did a bunch of driving.
One gentleman in here has been particularly helpful to me every time I come in. I'm always open to his suggestions on what part I need for my pickup, and he rarely steers me wrong. On occasion, he's gone beyond normal duty to help me diagnose. I appreciate it!
Been in a few times as they are close to my shop and twice they didn't have a product that O'reillys carries and didn't offer to bring it in.
I had just bought a new vehicle and the person that sold it to me said it didn't have any problems. Not true. I made it to Autozone and Mark immediately set about working out the problem. He found the solution, did all the work himself and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Grateful for people like him who help others in need when they are in a tough spot. I hope the owner knows how good they have it with Mark helping their customers out.
Don't usually write a review of an auto parts store - not a lot to it, right? This is an exceptional store.the staff is very pleasant and helpful.
