Omg for once all these negative reviews are dumb people not listening. Banfield is a great hospital and I always ask questions and ask them to repeat what they said incase if I didn't hear them or don't understand. They explain everything thourly and there are no surprises. Its just people not listening and not understanding what there saying so instead of people not asking questions to banfield the customers just assume they know what banfield is saying and end up in a situation that could of been avoided if the customer asked lots of questions.
