The staff is always super friendly, extremely helpful, and so very sweet to my dog, who absolutely loves them. Pricing is really not to bad and they never add on a bunch of extras you don't need.

Banfield is a good Veterinary as they do take very well care of your animals but are a little pricey

I've had my little dog on a Banfield plan for over 7 years and my cat for 2+ years. Most of the time I've had fantastic interactions with caring staff and knowledgeable vets. This location cares a lot about animals but some of the staff need better training when it comes to scheduling. I had originally scheduled my pets for a same day check-up but the cat got into some trouble and needed to be seen earlier. I called and was told not a problem and her new appointment would be Tuesday at 5pm. I show up on Tuesday at 5pm and I'm told there's no record of the change. I'm a little annoyed but they were able to accommodate us. Before I left I confirmed that the Friday appointment for the dog was at 3pm. The tech said yes and that she'd see us then. I arrive on Friday at 2: 51 with my dog and I'm ignored as the tech makes kissy faces and plays with a favorite visiting dog. Eventually I'm told that I'm there too early and they won't check me in yet. So I sit and wait. At 3pm she logged on and asked our name only to tell me the appointment is at 3: 30pm. WTH. When I tell her that I'm annoyed since I was just here on Tuesday and confirmed the 3pm appointment and that appointment was screwy too she just says " well, there's no record but if a pet no shows we'll see you earlier. " All in all I'm annoyed at the desk staff and their incompetence with scheduling. They care about animals deeply which is awesome but I'm switching locations.

This location is awesome (although so is every Banfield I've visited)! We've taken our kitten Roger here since we adopted him from OHS. They treat him as though he is their own, explain everything as they go (including cost). We became clients of Banfield in the end of life stages for our recent rainbow bridge crossing kitty, Murphy. How dignified they treated her makes me happy we are going to have the for the whole life of our newest cat.

Look. Idneve have thought a banfield would become.my vet of choice. I thought of it like fast food animal services. But my specialist vet was farther away and always pushy and so for vaccs we'd go to banfield. And I just had such a good experience w every single.vet and tech there. SO good. And I've had pets for years and am kinda demanding. And now, that's the only place I go.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices were fair and reasonable. Perfect for our cat and his needs.

Friendly, knowledgeable professional and compassionate staff. No waiting (with same day appointments available). Reasonable rates. Clean and comfortable. 5 exam rooms. Large Lobby with complimentary espresso, coffee, tea and water. Professional line of pet food and dental supplies sold here. Easily accessible and viewable from the street with 10 dedicated parking spaces in a 16 car lot and additional on-street parking available.

Choosing a vet is a tough one but the staff here at Banfield on 21st are awesome. We are in the puppy plan which bought us a lot of peace of mind. The visits are included in the plan so we could go often when he got into things. The doctors are all so nice and well informed and understanding of new puppy parents.

I take my cat here and they are all so wonderful and compassionate. We love the staff at this location - HIGHLY recommended!

Amazing and friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors and compassionate care. Dr. Gilhooly is just the best! She actually fed our dog (who wasn't eating) by hand. Very passionate about animals.
