25The store was busy. Help was easy to come by. It was 104F outside but the store offered a cool safe haven.
What I needed is no longer available in West Coast Best Buys. They helped me find where I can get. They always give me terrific customer service. I will continue shopping there.
They have a very help helpful service department and this is a great store because you can actually get hands on experience with their equipment which is usually fully operational. This is a service no one else offers so I hope we all support our local Best buys
The three geek squad guys were very helpful and quick with answers all questions and pass us on when they did not have answers
I love the fact that they guarantee you the lowest price makes it easier to shop! They also have really good deals all the time I love the store.

If they could just let me buy something without pestering me with memberships, warranties, and service memberships, I would source them more often.

Purchased a drone which was locked by DJI and would not update. Something wrong with the wifi inside of the unit. Went to return the product and was told I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee $74 to return the item. Will be strictly shopping on Amazon, shipping time is a small price to pay for the level of customer service I've seen from them. Hell, even eBay has better return policies.
Worked with three different staff members. All were incredibly knowledgeable, seemed genuinely interested in their departments electronics, and courteous!

Took tv into geek squad for repair under warranty, told me it would be a 2 week turn around, at the 2 week time got a call that repair and return tv will be up to a total of up to 6 weeks. Geeesh! Never again at best buy!
Very unprofessional sales staff. Jason in Television's was totally befuddled. He was trying too hard to sell me an LG, when i came in for a Visio. Also, their display tv's looked horrible. A large section was not hooked up, specifically the LG tv Jason was trying to hard to sell me.huh?

I don't often write reviews, but am compelled to write one based on my experience with Best Buy after I dropped and ruined my 7 year old phone that I've always been so careful with. I was greeted at the mobile phone area by the nicest employee I've ever met named Rachel. I had my son who has autism with me and it was later in the evening. She was so kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable and helped me be able to keep my same phone number with a new phone she helped me pick out there, something that was not easy as my phone is very old and a pay as you go phone through Virgin Mobile carrier. She called the carrier for me because I had no idea how to navigate that process and was put on hold a lot. During that time, she found creative ways to keep my son entertained, which was really above and beyond her job description i'm sure. Things have been difficult, so someone as kind and helpful as her was even more appreciated. I do not know her, but I hope Best Buy management knows what a valuable employee they have, that she is a true asset to their business, and more than that, a genuinely kind and helpful soul. I am truly grateful for her and this experience!
