Great deals, awesome customer service. I recently got phones for me and my wife through bestbuy and at&t. Somewhere through the process a mistake was made and our contract was split into 2 separate plans. A BestBuy associate named Dean worked above and beyond what you expect (at least an hour) and solved the problem. Thanks Dean, well be back now.

Love Best Buy. The best thing about them is there insurance on the products. If you have to use it you just go into the store and they can look your information up and you can replace the product right then and purchase the insurance again. Then you are on you way. Fast and simple without having to call a 3rd party and wait for something to come in the mail.

It's the store for most anything available electronically. With amps for your stereo and the speakers to two cell phone covers and the like you can even buy Wi-Fi and set it up in your home like we did. Make sure you keep your receipts if you need to return anything you bought. I enjoyed moving all over the place they've got pretty much everything. You can just drop on in any time until closing.

They went above and beyond to help me. The clerk even gave me a cord so i could get my phone working again!

They have always been helpful and courteous at the Medford store. I have always had a pleasant shopping experience.
