Pretty good service here they even price match other bmw dealerships on parts prices.so FYI do a little calling around at the seattle BMW before you get parts here and if you find them up there cheaper they will price match. It saved me $ 900 in parts

I've had some work done here on my previous BMW. They did a decent job. Also, the facility is nice enough. The reason for two stars is I had a question about warranty coverage on my new 2017 BMW. Left three messages on three different voicemails (one of which was the service manager) over a 2 day period. Never received a call back. Really poor customer service - it shouldn't take an act of congress to have a warranty question answered.

Prompt service, willing to hear me out and do follow up work. Really above and beyond what people normally say when talking about BMW dealership service. I've never been upsold here, and they've never tried to wiggle out of a warranty repair.

I loved that they didn't try to up sell me to anything I didn't need. It's great to go in for a specific service and come out with no surprises or extra cost. There was a bit of a wait, but since it was a busy Saturday that was totally expected. I left with a well serviced and washed car!
