BottleDrop Redemption Center, Eugene OR

There are two Bottle Drops in Eugene Springfield. The eugene location has older machines and takes a bit longer to run your deposits through. BRING YOUR OWN LATEX or comparable. It will keep you from getting your hands dirty.

Please stop dialing 541 when trying to reach the bottle drop, it is NOT 541, its an 877 number, and honestly, most of the calls we get are from crack heads and bums looking to find out when this place opens

I love the Bottle Drop. The staff is friendly and helpful- even in the face of adversity. I meet all kinds of members of our community- from families, to couples, to groups of young adults and yes, some of the working unhomed members of our community. Even when the line is long, it moves quickly, and I have had some great and often entertaining conversations in that line. I love that fact that so much used packaging is kept out of the landfill, and you or your teenager or your granchild will walk away with cash. This should be a mandatory part of every households routine! I do wear gloves, but am consistently impressed how hard the staff works to keep the facility clean. 2 thumbs up!

Love this place. The machines take cans and bottles about as fast as you can put them in there.

Dropped off 4 bags of cans on Sunday in the green bags we pay for. Also made sure all the bags had tags on them. Dropped them through the door like we are suppose to. My account two days later gives credit for only 2 bags. Not happy with the system. Had to go into the office to get a card- it was never sent. Have emailed them about these two items. Will see if anyone responds to their email account.

The drop location is great, though the parking is really cramped. You pay 35 cents per bag. I noticed the bags have gotten significantly smaller.

If this continues they will be the size of a 15 gallon garbage bag.

Good place to return cans and bottles. Some of the staff are really rude and parking is a nightmare here.

Every time I drop off a Green Bag I get ripped off. I count what I put in the bag and I never get that amount added to my account. This last time I put in $5 of bottles and they credited my account with $4.45. We don't even have 5 cent refunds anymore.

Sometimes the line gets long waiting for a machine but they move guick. Haven't had to spend more than 20 minutes getting in and out and you get the cash immediately.

Last time I dropped off bags, when I opened the door dude was just hucking bags 10 feet to make room, breaking bottles inside and one was even ripped and spilling out. He threw it anyway. And then he threw mine. A little more care and mindfulness please?

There were a lot of bad reviews of this place and I do not know why. Everyone was friendly, but busy. Excellent customer service ladies who answered all my questions. It was my first time there and took a while to insert all my bottles one at a time. But there is a quicker way by using the green bags they supply. Now I know. Beware, lots of impatient people. Lots of stench. It's a recycling place so keep that in mind. Overall, clean and good way to make a few bucks for the change jar.

Its usually pretty busy when we go, but the staff is on point and helpful. It smells a little, but what recycling place doesn't? It could always be worse.

So much easier to take all your recyclables to one place and get a decent sum of cash! Yes it gets crowded, but people move pretty fast~~ It definitely has odors, beer cans and such but the staff seems to moving all the time to take care of the area.

Campbell is the man! The entire staff are appreciated understood, even the boss. But, they have a true & kind gentleman in Campbell!

So glad one opened up in Springfield so I dont have to fight all the homeless in eugene. The machines are very fast and the green bag program is awesome.

I had an awesome experience at BottleDrop. The facilities were top notch, staff was polite and helpful, and everything was quick and easy to navigate. I'll definetely be going again.

My experience customer service on this place was awful. The clerk working on 3/4/18, around 10: 20 AM was rude and the attitude towards us was hostile. I was trying to reopen an Bottle Dropaccount and the way he handed the paperwork was awful, he toss us the paperwork like we were animals. Then politely asked for a pen, then he got furious and toss the pen I had asked for. We left the place feeling like we weren't invited and unwelcome. I don't recommend this place at all.

Very very clean! I LOVE THE SINK WITH SOAP AND HAND DRYER. Keeps me clean too! Considering the type of business it is, the place doesn’t even stink. Lots of machines to use and bins for help. Employees have been very nice so far and the line isn’t too much of a wait if you go early! (It isn’t anyway, but lots of machines free at different times of the day) Scan the receipt and receive your money from the machine. So simple! Or drop off you green bag. Love this spot
