Love this place! They keep it clean and neat

I just saw their communication board that says they’ll open up a location in Springfield as well by mid feb-begging of March which is Awesome!

It gets very crowded here being the only one nice and big place to change your bottles:)

The stuff is always there to make sure everything is working in order and peoples line runs smoothly.

Fast, really fast machines and they take all the brand's. I get a lot of grief over returns at the stores but not here.
Scan your receipt at the machine and it spits out cash. They keep the facility clean and up to high standard overall.

It can get a bit busy at times, which means you may end up having to wait to get to one of the return-machines, but once you actually get at the machine, it seems to go quite quickly (the machines seem to process/move way faster than the machines at WinCo or Walmart). After you get the refund-receipts, you use the receipt processing machines to get your cash, which also goes quickly.

Also, note that you can open an account with them, which allows you to obtain deposit refunds by dropping off your returns in one of their green-colored return bags, and the employees do all of the work, and then put your money onto a debit card, minus the percentage taken for their fee, shortly after dropping off the deposits. Pretty neat, but you're limited to a specific number of returns per dropoff when returning via this method.

I signed up for the system where I put my recycling cans/bottles into a bag assigned to me per a bar code. Just drop it off. Don't even need to go inside. Super easy and I don't have to feed a machine. They automatically credit my account and verify per email. Great system!
