23I used the website and app to find and pay online for my car rental. I got exactly what I wanted when I arrived and had zero issues.
I booked a reservation for a 26 foot truck over a month ago. I called the day before to confirm the truck was there with my reservation. I was assured it was and ready for me. I showed up at 850 for my 900 pick up to be told there are no 26 foot trucks in the area and I could get 2 x 16 foot trucks for the same price.this is unacceptable. Unfortunately they did not care at all. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Jordan provided one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. He was very helpful to me and my family. If you get the chance to work with him please do. If the manager of Jordan reads this he deserves a raise for his excellent service.
