Buffalo Wild Wings, Beaverton OR

Ordered online for super bowl to be ready at 3: 20. Arrived there to find hundreds of people waiting in their cars, and nothing but chaos outside and in the building. Nobody had any answers as to where to go or how to check orders. After hearing many angry customers who were told their orders would be hours late, I finally reached a worker who told me my order would be at least an hour late. How can a place like this have no plan, or model in place to know when to stop taking orders. No apologies or accountability either. It would have been great if they would have offered to deliver it to me. I am never patronizing this franchise again. I’ll try wing stop next time.

I placed my order 2 hours in advance and they still couldn't get my order done. I call and now they won't awnser the phone, very poor service. Trying to blame the doordash driver when i know doordash was on site.

Super disappointing. We ordered wings fairly early today, to be ready for pick up at 5: 20pm. When we got there we were told it would be another hour and half! Very rude staff, would have been nice if someone notified us that our order would be delayed, won’t be back!

Showed up to pick up a Postmates order and was told to wait 15 mins. Came back after 15 mins only to be told that they canceled all posts mates orders because they were too busy. If you have a choice eat just about anywhere else

Is there 0 stars. Pre ordered wings for super bowl, Wich knew would be busy, but they took more orders than they could fill. Lots of people left without wings, And unhappy.

Cobb salad had a couple pieces of chicken and a couple pieces of bacon for $13.59. Really overpriced.
The girl working the pickup counter did an outstanding job though.

Awesome staff, good food. Went during the 2021 snow storm, they were happy to feed us. Masks all around and plenty of space.

Should have know better perhaps than to order during on Super Bowl day but since we ordered early in a day and we gave our order 3 hours I felt we were going to be ok. Our delivery was scheduled for 4: 05 pm and we got our food at 7: 05 pm. Exactly 3 hours late. On top of it, everything was cold, not even luke warm, completely cold. The cauliflower wings were tiny. I could not believe that I paid $25 for them! The only good thing was our angel door dash driver Katie whole waited 3 hours in their parking lot to pick up our order. Won’t order from them again.

Worst food ever. And I ask for blue cheese and ranch. And didn’t get anything. Buffalo wings is getting worse every day

We ordered wings at 8am to pick up 4: 50. I called before we left and was told they were 45 minutes behind. We waited and checked online, our order said ready so we headed that way. Once we arrived, we waited in line for 30 minutes only to be told it will be two more hours. There was zero social distancing. No direction of traffic and instead of the managers being out front to handle about 40 upset people, they just left the young hostess to deal with it. People were yelling at her and she was clearly overwhelmed. That was pretty upsetting to see. That was a huge failure on the part of the 2 managers that were on duty tonight. That should not happen. You don’t let your frontline staff take that kind of heat for your mismanagement.

I placed a order for superbowl sunday to be ready at 2pm. Nothing to big. 20 bone in 20 boneless. When i show up at 2, my order has not been staryed. By 2: 30 i still dont have my order. For a wing place. You would expect them to be staffed on your busiest day of the year. I will never place a online order here again

Tried getting takeout from these yahoos twice. The first time, we stood in line for half an hour after they said the food would be ready, and the second time they had to be called to the counter by cellphone 15 minutes after the "ready" time specified on their website. They forgot part of the order both times. Tired of cold wings; not going back.

Good service but the wings just aren't any good. This was the 2nd time I've been to a buffalo wildwings and just don't like their wings

Really love this place. Pretty quiet and peaceful with great wings and smiling friendly service. I will keep coming back for the Asian zing and Thai curry. Quite a nice on tap selection as well.

Terrible service, waited over 30 minutes and got no service. Staff was to "busy" watching the game. Wish I could give this place zero starts.

Food was great service wasn't that good we were needing a napkins for over 10 minutes and the waiter wasn't coming around to see if we needed anything

Terrible service, had us waiting 30 minutes when half the restaurant was empty. Definitely understaffed. Very disappointed with how long the food took to get out. And the waiter never came around during our meal! Never going again!

Several tables around us were not cleaned for a solid half hour after we were seated. Appears to be understaffed at 5: 30pm on a Saturday.

Always great. Happy hour specials are good, plenty of selection of both food and beverages. The atmosphere with the sports on TV and the on going trivia games add to the fun. This is a very upbeat place so if you were looking for a quiet night out, this is not the place to go.

Worst service I ever had. We saw the waitress exactly twice. Once to take our order and once to drop off our check. You we think one would pay more attention to an 10 top. One huge tip was lost.
