Food was good, but on a $90 take out order, they completely forget all the blue cheese/ranch and veggies that were ordered with the wings. If you order from here, check EVERYTHING before you leave.

How could I ever write a bad review about wings unless I was the most bitter person in the world? This place is no doubt the best for wings! Great staff, great food and great atmosphere!

I always enjoy this place, but it won't get 5 stars for being clean and competent. It's a chain and as perfectly good as others of it's ilk.

Bad service. Just basic wings took 25 min on a weekday non busy night. Not going again as it is always the same poor service

Terrible server, seemed to hate his job. Flirting with a co-worker the whole time and checking his phone instead of checking on his tables, never came to ask about anything. Food was cold and "monster" sandwich had barely any meat on it and was all bread, which was burnt on one side. My rootbeer was good.

Great service, somewhat decent wings. Really good Caesar salad, surprisingly. It should be called Buffalo Wild Salads. I wish whoever owned the one in Tualatin didn't have a monopoly on chicken restaurants in Tualatin. There's no KFC, Wingstop, or Chick-fil-A for miles. Don't know how they do it.

Ordered on the phone, was told that the order would be ready in 20 mins. Came to pick up 15mins later, paid the cashier and still had to wait another 45 mins while others came in and left with their orders in less than 10 mins. Seemed like they lost my ticket somewhere in the kitchen. And it already happened twice. Not coming back. Never had this issue with the locations in downtown or Cascade station.

Me and my family waited for 45 minutes. We complained to the host but they didn't do anything about it. All they did was apologize. The least they could do is lower the bill a bit.

They couldn't play the Steelers game tonight! They said they don't have that channel! Too cheap to buy a football package. Not going back to see any of my games!

This is a fun hang out type of place. The wings are great, but the service is always slow whether it's waiting to be seated, orders being taken, or waiting for checks. I would give a lower review but the food is really good there and I feel like they are almost always under-staffed for the amount of people and large parties there.

The service was good, friendly. The atmosphere was fun and people seemed to be enjoying themselves. I didn't like the food I ordered though (pulled pork Cuban sandwich). It seemed like something I could have gotten at the store in the frozen food isle, and there were more fries than sandwich.

Sat down for a good 5-10 minutes with a menu ready to order & not even a drink has been offered since I’ve sat down.

Usually when i go i get decent to stellar service.not tonight.i was aggressively asked for my ID. (im 37) then the margarita i ordered was overflowing.i asked it to ve reglassed with salt.and it was served exactly the same.i had to get up and steal napkins from another table to wipe down all the excess water on my table.an hour and a half from closing is no excuse for poor service!
