We bought our north trail BR24 at the end of 2019 nice trailer no complaints. We took it for a month long trip (honeymoon), in the first week I stubbed my toe (in the dark) on a screw protruding out of the floor, as the trip went on there were a few more that popped up tenting the flooring. We also found the TV turntable had been installed crooked so when you spun it to watch TV from the bed it leaned over and scraped the stand leaving a 1” mark. I called and told C W, about the problem and was told no problem bring it in and we’ll fix the problems.
We brought the trailer in after the honeymoon, also we were rear ended around Glacier National Park, so camping world has had the trailer from March to fix the problems. They have been good except the communication and their refusal to fix the TV problem, even though it was a factory defect. And you might note it’s February, almost March.
Update: it’s now April 7th. I literally had to call and vent my anger and frustration to get a callback,
I will never deal with Camping World again!

To start off, great people and grrat selection. My overall experience was not to the caliber i was expecting when purchasing a new travel trailer.

Staff was not prepared especially when i had an appointment to view a specific trailer i had discussed with the salesman. 2 hour drive to see it and to be short, i technically never saw the trailer i was buying. Saw a similar model and was told they are all the same, but there were differences.

There was and still aare ot of apologies for the mix up, i have also requested about delivery of the trailer and no response. I finally talked with the sales manager and got the lets try and smooth things over and again another apolog, still no confirmation on a depivery date or follow up. Lota of excuses and apologies for my experience.

I have been shopping around for awhile and finally met Tony- He listened to my wants on a camper and also cared about my budget.
He was the only sales person out of three places that showed he cared rather than trying to force me to buy something I didn’t like. I highly recommend seeing Tony Romero at camping world in wood Village. When I’m ready to updgrade I hope I’ll have him to help me!

I did not end up purchasing from Camping World, but interacted with Mark while investigating various options. He was very helpful and took multiple measurements and answered various questions promptly through my preferred medium, e-mail:) Even though we didn't end up completing a sale, I was happy with the service and professionalism.

Mike the salesman did an amazing job helping with my family. Listening to what we wanted and found out perfect dream trailer with everything our family of 7 needed. The office was super helpful with making the process smooth for us.

Grade A service! They were able to get me an amazing deal and an approval within 24 hours. Almost everything was done by phone. I called them on Thursday and my RV Camper was delivered to me by Wednesday. I normally loath the sales process, but for me there was no pressure, the sales rep would text or call me right back when asked, and kept me in the loop by text so I knew what was happening. I’m not a fan when trying to make a purchase and it’s hard to get the sales rep to call you back because their “too busy with other customers”, especially after you’ve been approved. In this case, I felt like I was his ONLY customer. Great job Nick Barnes (Sales Rep) and the rest of his team. Great experience from beginning to end.

Always, always, always check Camping World's online price at checkout. They will match their online price and you will save money! Nice employees!

Great experience, no pressure. For exactly what we went in looking for!

UPDATE:

Took our brand new Coleman Bunkhouse out for a quick 2 day trip to break in in the new trailer! When I say "break in" I didn't think it actually meant to break things. WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS TRAILER. Several things on this trailer are built extremelycheap, bathroom door still doesn't closed even after we told them about it twice before we left the lot, the floor inside next to every heat register is already breaking, the front pass through storage leaks, had water all over our stuff when we arrived to our site, paint job is bubbling, dining seats are lose from floor, bunks in back are held together with just a couple screws and coming apart, rear exterior kitchen door doesn't stay latched when driving down the road, the front bed is actually too short for me to sleep in (I'm only 6'1), door to get in rv doesn't have a latch to keep the wind from slamming it closed on you when its windy. I just can't believe someone can't spend $35,000 on something and still have the problems of a "used" trailer. Also, we were suppose to get an RV cover with the sale and after multiple calls to the parts department we have yet to hear anything back, or receive a cover. Hoping they can make it right!

I have tried calling this location eight times accross two buying occasions with something from their parts department. I got put into a neverending hold pattern both times. It is the worst experience ever. I never leave reviews. This one is needed. Your team needs to work on its customer service over the phone. I want to spend money there; but you are making it very hard.

I have never wanted to write a review before my experience with the team at camping world of Portland. My family and I had been in the market for an Fifth wheel to better fit our growing family and finally settled on a specific one. While on a business trip we stopped into camping world of Portland and got connected with Adrian. Adrian was absolutely amazing. He is not like any of the salesman I have ever in countered. He’s patient and kind and took the time to hear our needs instead of pushing his agenda. He gave us options to consider and then helped guide us through the whole process once we picked the best Rv that fit our family. When we went to go and sign final papers and do the walk through on the unit, the team there was even more helpful. Sales manager Dave and DJ in finance along with Adrian smoothed out a couple hiccups and helped get us into our new home. As a family of 5 soon to be six that lives full time in our new home, we couldn’t be happier with team, the culture and the customer service we received by these fine gentlemen. I would recommend these guys to any and everyone who is looking to purchase an Rv no matter where you are at in the process.

We went to Camping World in October and looked at what was available, we also researched and looked at other lots.

We settled on the Mallard idm26bh and then waited for everything to go through with our refinance. It took 2.5 months and when I emailed to Camping World that we were ready and wanted to come in and look again at the trailer we liked we were booked up with Mark Nichols. He emailed me and I replied with so many questions about size, tow weights and everything we needed to know as first time buyers. I was having a hard time understanding all of the #s and how they worked together and Mark was great at breaking it down and showing me on paper how it all worked. The Mallard we wanted was to heavy for us to tow with our current vehicle so Mark sent other options and said he'd have then all ready to show for it appointment. When we arrived at the Camping World, we were greeted promptly and they went to get Mark for our appointment.

We decided on a smaller Mallard and after some negotiations bank and forth, the price was decided and the deal was made. Mark was super helpful and knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to help me understand trailers and tow weights!

The financing process was super easy and we are picking up our trailer this weekend! I highly recommend researching Camping World but also reach out to them via phone, email, or text! Their staff are very knowledgeable but if you can request Mark I would!

DJ in the Finance dept. He did whatever it took to get us Two Rv’s and get the lowest price.for them. Awesome Job DJ. The salesman Ron had a lot of patience. He spent numerous hours helping us find the two Rv’s that were right for us. The Manager of the service department, I believe his name is Steve. We had an issue on the floor of one of the Rv’s and he fixed it. He gave us excellent price. He is very honest and would highly recommend him to anyone. Anyone out there that needs an Rv or Motorhome go to Woodvillage RV you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much DJ, Ron, and Shop Manager Steve.

Absolutely the worst place to buy a trailer nothing but one thing after another. Staff is never clear about anything or ever on the same page. For some reason none of the departments communicate. Takes months to get any work done even if its simple and takes 5 min to fix. They clame its because they wait on parts yet I just need a vent screwed back in.

So what I would like to say that this store first off you can’t find anyone to help you! Also they have product in front of prices that are wrong! I was told that if the skew doesn’t match the product it isn’t for that product. Well I get that but they should make sure the prices are accurate in front of the product and not try to overcharge this way! If only 1 product was in front of the price I would say ok someone put that back changed their minds. But there was 2 of them in front of the price! Anyways makes me wonder what the people in the store did all day if they didn’t get the correct prices fixed on the bins! I will be very cautious when I go into camping world now!

Always friendly staff, even the info desk CSR. Generally have everything we need and answer all questions we have. They're just down the road from where I live (Portland Fairview RV) so it's convenient.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed looking at travel trailers at Camping World. We bought one that’s a perfect fit for us. Justin was our consultant and gave us just the right choices to look at based on our needs and wants. Everyone we met there was super friendly and professional. Very pleasant experience and we highly recommend them if you’re looking for an RV.

Purchase experience was good, after purchase communication was challenging, 5 months down the road I spend an hour on the phone with the DMV to figure out where the plates and registration are only to find out that my application for registration and plates was not submitted to the State of Oregon, only an application for title. Yet they charged me the $300+ for the registration. And even though I have been on the phone repeatedly with the store to figure out what happened, no one enlightened me to this situation. Am completely upset at the moment.

Update - even more angry now, all of my purchase documents said I was buying a 2019 Minnie Winnie - just looked at the title and it says the vehicle is a 2017; am livid at the fraud that was committed in my sale
